We really need this because we prefer our brand to feel unified across all the services we use. **What do you dislike about Bettter?** We would really like to have API access, because there’s some functionality we’d like to deploy inside our own application. The author has said this should be available in the near future, so we’re waiting for it. **What problems is Bettter solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tools we use most are the roadmap and the feature board for our users. Since our user base is expanding, we want to hear their feedback and keep track of what they need. ### 2. Having some kind of automation that brings messages from Telegram into BeTtter would be really cool and would make it easier for us to manage that feedback. **What problems is Bettter solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main reason we bought Bettter is for the feature board. Right now, our users send us emails, Telegram messages, and even call us on the phone to ask for different additions or courses at our educational center. Having one single place to collect all that feedback is exactly what we need at the moment. ### 3.
