I love how easy it is to automate onboarding and offboarding tasks with BetterCloud. It helps ensure that our new employees are set up properly and that outgoing employees are dealt with swiftly and completely. It allows us to remove access and modify all the proper settings when they leave. The ability to automate these tasks saves us a ton of time and labor when dealing with accounts as people enter and leave the organization. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the BetterCloud onboarding team, who helped get us up and running quickly and explained all of the functionality and how to use the system. There are some integrations with certain SaaS platforms that are limited in their functionality and don't have some functions that we would prefer to use. It would be nice if they were able to flesh out some more complete and thorough functionality with various SaaS platforms that we utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It enables all sorts of automation. It's far more customizable than any othe platform that we've looked into, and easier to use. Native integrations exist with so many apps, and you can create workflows that manage user accounts and create other triggers. There are a couple things it can't do. Some employee changes can't be managed this way. It is generally fantastic for employee onboarding and offboarding though, ensuring everyone is properly rostered where needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bettercloud has been most useful for us to minimise the amount of external sharing our users have been doing. We like to allow external sharing, but often these are temporary and users forget to remove the permissions. Bettercloud is perfect for helping our users to remove these permissions or extend the permissions if that is needed. Bettercloud’s file governance tool bridges a gap that Google still hasn’t filled when it comes to managing external file sharing. The integration with GWS is essentially plug-and-play, and the UI is dead simple—quick to learn and easy to use day to day. Per-user pricing has also been more than competitive.
