What I like most about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact is how easy it is to use while still being fully customisable. The platform is intuitive, and whenever we’ve had questions, there’s always been someone available to help, which makes a huge difference. I especially value the ability to accurately record volunteer hours and generate reports—this will be invaluable for evidencing impact and recognising volunteers for the time and support they give. I’m hopeful that this level of recognition will also help improve volunteer retention over time.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

What could be useful would be to allow volunteers to upload their availability to a calender, which would then allow me to allocate shifts to them. We offer appointments, ad hoc and when volunteers are available - therefore by having this feature it would allow us to streamline this process.

**What problems is Volunteer Impact by Better Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My role is funded and therefore I have key aspects of the volunteer programme I need to report on, Better Impact will allow me to do this quickly and effectively. I am also hoping to improve on volunteer training, onboarding and retention which Better Impact will also allow me to do.

What we like best about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact is how it makes managing volunteers simple and efficient. At the Boys & Girls Club, we rely on a diverse group of volunteers to support programs and events, and Volunteer Impact helps us keep everything organized in one place. The scheduling tools make it easy for volunteers to sign up for shifts, and the communication features ensure everyone stays informed.

One challenge we’ve experienced with Volunteer Impact by Better Impact is that it can feel a little overwhelming for new volunteers at first. There are quite a few steps to set up a profile and navigate the system, which sometimes requires extra guidance from our team. Additionally, customizing certain features to fit our specific needs can take time.

Volunteer Impact by Better Impact solves several key challenges for us. Before using it, managing volunteer schedules, tracking hours, and keeping communication organized was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, everything is centralized—volunteers can easily sign up for shifts, update their availability, and receive reminders, which reduces no-shows and confusion. For our staff, the reporting tools make it simple to track volunteer contributions and generate accurate data for grants and recognition programs.

It just streamlines our processes.  It has saved us (me, especially) SO much time.  I'm with a municipality and manage volunteers for police, library, senior center, arts center, and more.  Better Impact allows each department to get what they need and keeps it all in one place.  It makes it so easy to work with the contact people for the different departments and let them access everything they need to.

They have been extremely helpful during our transition from our current software. No matter what the issue is, they always find a way to demonstrate how to accomplish tasks quickly and efficiently. I can add eLearning modules that help with the training of volunteers, which has been a challenge for my organization. Everything has been a smooth transition, and we go live next week! I know this software will be better than the current one and all of our volunteers will find it easy to use and make a smooth transition.

It's very easy for volunteers to sign up for shifts and log their hours. Phone app is nice. They can see where help is needed as well. It's easy for staff to see who is working, where, and when.

I appreciate the robust reporting on the admin side, which meets our needs effectively. I like how customizable the Volunteer Impact view is for volunteers. The eLearning Modules and Files features are great, and the user interface is easy to navigate. The most helpful thing is the volunteers being able to provide their own availability and choose their own shifts. We also love the streamlined onboarding process with Better Impact vs using a mail merge or templates.

The customer service is top notch-from the chat features, to the videos, to the paid support with our Enterprise services-I have been able expand my knowledge of the program to best suite our needs. We were able to transfer our foster onboarding to 100% remote, which has hugely increased participation in our foster program. The ability to text and email directly from the program is a huge time saver. We have over 2000 volunteers that are easily managed with this software, and it is used daily for our programs.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

There is a steep learning curve, so care has to be taken when you change one thing-to make sure it doesn't affect other things. The name badge creator could be super awesome if it was sharable between admins, and more editable.

We needed a virtual onboarding that had capacity to track volunteer completion. We haven't used it yet-but excited about the survey feature.

**What do you like best about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

I like the dashboard setting… in theory.
It could be a great feature—if it were designed by a functioning adult human with a decent sense of logic. At the moment, there’s just too much going on. It feels more like a scroll marathon than a “quick glance” hub.

Ideally, the dashboard would show only the essential info at a glance—qualifications, alerts, hours, whatever matters most—and let me drill down if I choose to. I don’t need the whole life story of every volunteer first thing in the morning. Just the highlights, thanks.

I think what I’m really craving is a Visual Care-style CRM—but for volunteers. Simple. Clean. Intuitive. Something where I don’t need to phone a friend, open 6 tabs, and light a prayer candle just to figure out where someone's working next Thursday.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

Honestly? About 95% of it.

It’s just not user-friendly. I work with managers who are totally across Visual Care, Operoo, Centro, payroll systems—and some of them even write code! Yet many flat-out refuse to use Better Impact because the interface is so confusing. The terminology is inconsistent, and features are buried in places that make absolutely no logical sense.

Where you’d normally expect to find something in a standard CRM, Better Impact chooses the least intuitive location possible. It’s like a game of hide-and-seek with core functionality—except no one’s laughing and everyone's behind on admin.

The form limitations are another huge issue. Only three application forms for an entire organisation is wildly restrictive. We’d love to upload or build internal forms directly into the system, but trying to do that is, frankly, a full-time job in itself.

Overall, it feels like it was designed to not make sense. It’s convoluted, clunky, and misses the mark on features that most modern CRMs just get right. The potential was there—but somewhere along the line, it got lost in a maze of tabs, settings, and frustration.

And yet, here I am. Trapped in the system. Sending emails from a digital purgatory I didn’t ask to live in.
Customer support is good though, although most of the time their answer is "we cant do that" but at least they do it in  a timely and kind manner which i very much appreciate.

At this stage… it’s not solving problems—it’s mostly creating them.

In theory, it’s supposed to streamline volunteer management, centralise communication, and help with compliance. But in reality, it often adds extra steps, confusion, and frustration to processes that should be simple.

I spend more time helping staff understand the system than actually using it effectively. Things like form limitations, confusing navigation, and inconsistent terminology mean it’s rarely the smooth experience it promises.

I can see the intention behind what it’s meant to solve, but the execution falls short. Instead of simplifying workflows, it often adds complexity and roadblocks—leaving staff discouraged and relying on other systems to fill in the gaps.

It centralizes all of our volunteer management in one place, with customizable access levels for different admins. The robust reporting features help us make data-driven decisions that support our growth and volunteer engagement—and the customer support is truly second to none!

More automation is needed, especially as AI develops; e.g. once a background check comes back clear, the next steps of eLearning should be sent out. If you click a qualification, or click "Accepted" to a sub-account, additional automated steps ought to occur.

**What problems is Volunteer Impact by Better Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quite simply, there is no way we could have grown from a small grass roots nonprofit to a regional nonprofit in two short years without this software. Although we purchased the software to expedite onboarding and to have a single place of truth for volunteer records, it's actually the reporting features that have been most impactful to our organization. Through data, we make impactful strategic changes, saving us time and money. The robust reporting tools help us track recruitment effectiveness, understand volunteer departures, measure consistency of volunteers, and reduce "valleys" in the volunteer experience, and so much more. Furthermore, we were able to calculate our Volunteer Acquisition Cost through our monthly dashboard; it was a hidden cost of our volunteer program that was previously not being incorporated in our growth model.

Implementing Better Impact has truly transformed the way we manage our volunteer program. It has significantly reduced our reliance on paper and centralised all our information into one easily accessible platform. Now, management can view everything at a glance.

The support from the Better Impact team during implementation was outstanding. Not only are we able to speak directly with knowledgeable staff, but we also have access to a library of instructional videos that guided us step-by-step.

One of the most impactful changes has been the automation of our volunteer onboarding process. Instead of spending hours chasing potential volunteers, we now send a simple link for online applications. From there, an automatic email invites them to book into an information session—saving us countless hours and reducing administrative burden.

All our volunteers now clock in and out using the Better Impact app, and all training modules are hosted within the platform. The system even notifies both management and volunteers when training is due to expire, which has taken a huge load off our volunteer manager’s shoulders.

Better Impact has made the role of our volunteer manager far less stressful. At a glance, they can see who is currently clocked in, upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, and which volunteers need to complete training. The combination of real-time human support and easy-to-follow video tutorials makes Better Impact an invaluable tool for any organization managing volunteers.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

However, there are a few areas where Better Impact could improve. Setting up limited administrative access is time-consuming and not as intuitive as we’d like. It often requires back-and-forth communication to ensure the correct permissions are in place. Additionally, the system currently lacks the flexibility to make specific client information visible to volunteers connected to those clients. For our service, which relies heavily on referrals, this means duplicating information in two separate sections—an inefficient workaround.

One of the most valuable features has been the automation of our volunteer onboarding process. New volunteers receive a link to apply online, followed by an automatic email inviting them to book into an information session. This has saved us significant time and reduced administrative follow-up.

One of the best things about better Impact is the reporting, you can run a thousand reports exactly to your specifications and needs! You also have chat-based help at your fingertips, which can help you along the way. For your first year, I highly recommend the better impact plus model to ease in with integrations and moving volunteers from different platforms, it is the best investment! You get access to the best assistance and help guides you could need, one-on-one specialized training, check-ins and guided assistance for the the first year really helped getting the ball rolling. The help guides are not just for the admins, volunteers have access to help guides to assign with simple tasks, like logging and a password reset to more complicated tasks like signing up for shifts. 

Volunteers like the software too! Many of our volunteers already use the software for other organizations, so the ease of use on both sides makes the switch a breeze!

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

I would not say there is many downsides to using the better impact software, there is a learning curve on updating the volunteer page takes some getting used to. When creating new profiles for merging your volunteers, there can be a small hiccups with merging an existing volunteer account with a new one - but this is easily fixed with emails to your volunteers and the assistance of the chat-bot function.

Volunteer management is always a problem for non-profits, it's no secret that we run on volunteers. Having  a simple and easy to use solution is by far one of the biggest time savers!

**What do you like best about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

We are new to Better Impact and about to roll out to our volunteers. The experience so far has been very positive. The software has been fairly user friendly for a new person but not always intuitive so takes a bit to figure out but once you do it seems to make logical sense. So far it does everything we were looking for. We will see how it goes after roll out.
Ease of use is OK and acceptable but there is a learning curve to figure it out.
We are going to starting the Implementation process soon and are making a process to do that effectively and the rep gave us some best practices.
Customer support so far had been great but have not used the chat function much yet.
We haven't integrated it on our website yet but it seems like it will be fairly easy to do.
I have been working on setting Better Impact for the past couple weeks and there is a significant amount of time required in set up.

It is not always intuitive and also there is limited flexibility so we are not able to change what is presented to the end user as we work out how we want the App and Web portal to display. Some parts seem impersonal from the volunteers perspective especially the initial screen that asks them to create an account or to log in. I would like to be able to change the messaging, add a photo and customize the look better.
Overall the esthetics are dated and would like it to look more like modern apps (Applish :) ). Better Impact was better than most competitors we considered but not the best.  I want the user experience on volunteer end to be beautiful and intuitive especially for technology illiterate people (we have a large senior volunteer base).

Allowing us to manage and grow our volunteer base. It allows volunteers to volunteer autonomously by setting there availability, signing up for shifts. 
It gives us to accurately track volunteer hours, shifts missed, volunteers that have or are starting to be inactive.
The biggest hope with software is to save time, allow my team to focus on growing our volunteer base, improve training, volunteer opportunities, shift responsibility of scheduling etc to program managers

With 250 volunteers, I love that I can view the volunteer schedule, print reports, and communicate with volunteers, all in one program. It's great that I can customize application forms, volunteer roles, qualifications, create email templates and volunteer groups. These features save so much time and keep things running smoothly on a daily basis in our organization. The volunteers have expressed that the system is very user-friendly for signing up for volunteer shifts. Some of our volunteers use Better Impact for more than one organization that they volunteer for, and they really enjoy the continuity.
I also appreciated having the Support Team import all of our current volunteers when we first started with Better Impact 3 years ago.

The one feature I would find very helpful would be to allow volunteers to block out calendar dates that they are unavailable or away on vacation. Currently, there is only a general availability feature.

Better Impact solves my communication challenges by allowing me to send bulk emails to the volunteers. I can send to all volunteers or select groups of volunteers based on their roles. The email templates save me a lot of time. I used to have to manually count volunteer hours and input into a spreadsheet. Better Impact allows me to select the information I need and it will generate a report I can download. This is so helpful to pass on to our Executive Director and Board Members.

We have used Better Impact for just under a year, and it has been a game changer for our K-12 school's volunteer program. We use it daily and will track close to 5,000 hours before the year is up! 

I really appreciate the ease of use, the ability to add qualifications, and the hour tracking. The qualifications feature is a game changer for us - we need all volunteers working with children to have a criminal record check. If this qualification isn't checked off, they won't even see volunteer opportunities they aren't qualified for. I also like that we can schedule activities, but volunteers can also claim hours for activities that can't be scheduled. 

It took me about a week to set it all up. I did a staff demo and provided them with a detailed instruction sheet to use when entering volunteer opportunities. I've had a few of them pop into my office, but they caught on quickly as well.

I've had one-on-one support calls every 3-4 months, which have been super helpful. The rep takes a look at our setup and recommends ways to improve. I've contacted customer support a few times, and they've always responded quickly.

I can't think of anything I don't like. I've been really impressed!

This means that the need for staff is greatly reduced because the work is done by the volunteers. The biggest issue that I have been asking for years is an addition to the application creation is a multiple choice check box field.  We are  veteran organization and we want to know  to which service(s) the applicant has served. It was a really useful way to gain volunteer hours for our annual report.

Better Impact is one of the most user friendly VMS on the market. I've used so many different platforms and have had two jobs switch over to it from other software. It's easy to implement especially for volunteers who might struggle with technology. It's affordable and feature rich. It also integrates seamlessly with our current background check process. Talking to the support team in through the setup process was easy and they were super helpful!

Our volunteer software is now something volunteers want to use and use daily. This will also gives us greater opportunities for community engagement!

The biggest downside was not having it to be honest. It's the best platform I've used, especially when you consider the price point.

One of the hurdles for our program was being able to process background checks and creating identifying badges for the volunteers. BI solves both of those issues! Our previous software also posed a huge security risk by not having secured volunteer accounts.

Our agency provides in-person services for seniors. cross-reference between volunteer-activity-client is important for us. We are using Better Volunteer and Client management modules. The biggest obstacle for us is that you can't assign multiple clients to the activity. Creating connection between client, activity and volunteer requires 3 separate steps which is time consuming.

Online access for unlimited administrators and keeping all data in one place makes volunteer and client management much easier.

I appreciate the app, and volunteers do too!
I love to ease of reporting and our volunteer program has been completely improved by allowing volunteers to remove themselves, AND notify other volunteers who are trained to do what they are needing a replacement for!  I love the templates for emails and also appreciate the text function!
Scheduling shifts for different volunteer opportunities is easy and quick, especially for those last minute needs!
Volunteers were nervous to make the change as I had changed program about 2 years earlier to Volgistics, but that change to Better Impact was easy!  
It is the first thing I do in the morning and the best way to close out the day, checking and double checking to make sure we have volunteer coverage all over!
I LOVE my Better Impact contact Christina, who helps answer different questions/curiosities and provides clarifications and recommendations.

I wish you all had an app for admins.  Right now, I have to log into the admin login through a bookmark on my phone in page to access daily schedules
Also wish I could save drafts of emails so I can navigate around Better Impact and not miss a beat with an email i am in the process of writing, especially if I am writing an email to a volunteer and need to check their account for details.
I would LOVE an easier way to create/update orientation/training modules!  Mine are so outdated and I am actually dreading updating them:(
I love that you all have integrated the feature of getting volunteer signatures to confirm understand/receipt of specific information, and I have had a call to learn about it, but still a little confused and have not taken that leap, but would love to for several things, such as signing to confirm that you have read and understand our Volunteer Waiver, Volunteer Handbook, and our Essential Capabilities of Volunteers.
But I love Better Impact and constantly learning new things about it!

The software is intuitive, easy to learn, and incredibly reliable. Whenever I’ve needed help, the support team has been quick to respond. I especially want to thank Livia for her kindness, patience, and deep knowledge of the system.

A year ago, I moved to another nonprofit, and the first thing I did was request Better Impact. I couldn’t imagine managing volunteers without it.

Their chat feature is pretty easy to use and, typically, someone gets back to you very quickly. I appreciate that we can create two "different" platforms for different parts of our company. You can also include required questions on an application and then make opportunities open just for the people who answered those questions a certain way.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

Better Impact can be hard to navigate. It can take a long time to figure out which tab to select to get to where you want. It also uses non-specific names, like "application 1" and you can't change these. They offer a library of videos and documents on how to do things, but sometimes it's on an older version of the software, and sometimes it doesn't answer what you're looking for.

You also don't get an email when people sign up and volunteers don't get an automatic email once they've been accepted. Both of those would be a great improvement.

We cover the entire state, which is rural, and large. Better Impact is helping us reach beyond our town to those throughout the state who would like to interact with us more. It gives us a new way to connect with the state.

A user-friendly cloud-based platform that makes complexing scheduling of volunteers clean, strategic and trackable.  Whether scheduling is volunteer driven or assigned by the organization, Better Impact allows for a one-shot overview of needs, resources and gaps.  It has made communication more efficient and has plenty of band-width in terms of functionality to expand as needed.  The dashboard is a great feature and provide useful and compelling analytics of your volunteer engagement and commitment overall.

With a program operating non-stop and driven by volunteer resources, Better Impact is used on a daily basis.  Implementation was straightforward and the onboarding support of the Better Impact team in terms of training on each module was excellent.

When utilizing the system, pay attention to inactive versus archived volunteers.  You will be billed for inactive volunteers so it is best to have a process to assess and archive those individuals as appropriate.  This also helps focus the data providing more accurate analytics.

Resourcing out non-profit meal service is critical to having enough hands on deck 4-days per week.  When properly configured to activities and tasks, it make identifying resource gaps quick and clear allowing for proactive steps versus scrambling to fill a gap.

**What do you like best about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

It has streamlined many of our processes. We went from having 10+ spreadsheets tracking different data and now we have it all in one place. It is amazing and has saved staff so much time. Learning the program was easy, and training volunteers on the use of the program was also easy. Customer support is excellent and always quick to assist. Use the program daily for volunteer tracking, reports, etc. Easy to implement and integrate and make it work for our program. I love the ability to change fields to collect only what we need and we can update it as necessary. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

The only thing I wish was more improved is the online training platform. I would love to use that to move all of our trainings online and have everything in one place, VolunteerImpact, but otherwise, it is great.

We took 10+ spreadsheets and moved everything into Volunteer Impact. Saving staff time and missing data. Our reports are much easier and volunteer communication has improved greatly.

**What do you like best about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

Allows to efficiently keep track of all volunteers, the progrms they serve, their schedules and hours.  Previously this was manually done on paper, so this software has made our life so much better.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

The biggest downside we challenge is getting all volunteers engaged in using it.  Many of our volunteers are seniors themselves and don't do computers or phone apps.

**What problems is Volunteer Impact by Better Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the various reporting options is great - allows us to create what we need with results in minutes.  This is a costs savings.  Also, the ability to communicate to our volunteers for various things - it's quick and easy and captured in the history files for future reference.

I'm still discovering all the things this system can do. The transfer of data from our old system was seamless and my contact was so helpful in answering our questions. I also like the autonomy it grants our volunteers which takes some of the daily burden off of us but allows us to monitor what's going on.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

Because we have admin access, I've found it difficult to guide new users - aka see what they see and walk them through it.

Scheduling hundreds of volunteers for a single event - we used to do that by hand and now I can sleep!

**What do you like best about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

I love the fact we were able to build a volunteer application within the database.  The volunteers get a automatic email after filling out the application and they are able upload their resumes and certifications within the application. This has cut down the onboarding time significantly. The ease of integration and implementation is great. Also, the customer services is great. They respond quickly to any question I have.

It would be nice to view the schedule in a customizable calendar format that I can print.

It is solving the onboarding time and we are able to process applications faster.

I love how much you can do with the Better Impact. From tracking hours to creating events for both the public and volunteers, BI has what we need to make the volunteering experience more enjoyable and easier for them to be engaged.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact?**

Having such a robust offering to the end user requires a bit of time to learn to navigate. I still haven't tapped in to the full potential of BI, but I am well-versed with the areas of the program that we use often.

**What problems is Volunteer Impact by Better Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason why we continue to use BI vs. other volunteer management programs is because of all the features it offers. It makes signing up for the volunteer events easy for them and tracking the hours how we need to for our year end report is easy.

I like that I can run reports as a volunteer and see how many hours are contributed to which activity.  It's also easy to navigate and find opportunities that I am interested in.  From the admin side, I like that I can run a lot of different reports and print off calendars for other staff members.  It also lets me see who is contributing what hours and where.

That I can't always see who else is signed up in volunteer mode.

The program is amazing! The online training modules are very user-friendly, and the reporting features provide clear, detailed information that’s easy to access. The time tracking system is excellent — we especially love the QR code clock-in and out feature, which makes managing time entries simple and efficient. Highly recommend!

We have not really found anything wrong with the program

We have only had some issues with embedding videos to the online training but was resolved after check in with staff and they helped us walk through the issue.

Our organization has 4 locations that rely on volunteers, so having the enterprise feature has been a game-changer for us. It's much easier to organize all the stages of a volunteer's lifecycle. The Kiosk feature was easy to set up and has elevated our volunteer tracking capabilities.

We've been using Better Impact for managing our volunteers and the experience has been smooth and effective. The platform is user-friendly, both for administrators and volunteers. Features like automated communication, shift scheduling, and easy reporting have saved us a lot of time. 

The support team is responsive, and the online knowledge base is great for troubleshooting. Our volunteers appreciate the simplicity of logging in, signing up for shifts, and accessing their hours.

Highly recommended for organisations looking to streamline volunteer coordination!

What I like best about Volunteer Impact is that it helps the ease of sign up for volunteers and how we are able to track their hours through various ways.

Better Impact could improve how I could download the volunteer sign ups instead of just printing it from the page. Would be nice if it could be imported as excell sheet.

It helped me track the number of hours each volunteer contributes, which helps us report the impact to the donors.

I love the way it can provide volunteers with their schedule only and not seeing everyone elses. They are able to send myself emails regarding the schedule and log hours

I wish it was a bit more user friendly. It would be great to send a mass email out with each of their unique schedules for the month.

I am not sure what they are addressing. I am a new member with Better Impact, but am loving the new design layout!

This product has helped cut back our recruitment and onboarding time, it tracks our annual trainings and I really appreciate how we can customize it to fit our needs.

The scheduling aspect is difficult for us to manage as we're not capable of customizing it to meet our agency needs.

It cuts down on time. We don't have to spend time processing and tracking applicants and trainees as the system does it for us. It keeps it nice, organized and fluid.

It's very comprehensive and has almost* all of the reports I would want.`

The interface is challenging to navigate. It's not very intuitive. It could be a lot more user--friendly with bigger fonts,  less cluttered lists, and easier access to pdfs that look good when you print them. I ended up manually copying and pasting all shifts onto and excel spreadsheet because it was so hard to use.

I enjoy how straight forward it. It's very user friendly. Just so many features. I like you can actually talk to someone if you have problem, not just via email or chatting.

As of yet I do not have anything I do not like. For myself it's a lot to set up right now, but the support from Better Impact has been wonderful.

The problem Better Impact is solving is efficient  communication between myself and the volunteers/students. I can now tailor my emails and send them out mass easier versus doing individual emails. Moving forward as I start using the scheduling feature more that will take a load off of me and makes things easier.

What sets it apart is the intuitive interface, which is easy for both administrators and volunteers to use. Our team no longer gets buried in spreadsheets or spends hours trying to coordinate shifts. Volunteers can log in, check their schedules, sign up for shifts, and receive updates easily. It empowers them and saves us a tremendous amount of time.
Another great feature is the ability to track hours and generate reports instantly. This has been very helpful for internal reporting and external audits. The support team is also amazing; they are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed.

It is difficult to restrict access withing an organization.

It's user friendly. It saves me time compare to our previous system. Amazing customer support.

Some data is hard to get out of Better Impact, very complicated process.  It doesn't save drafts of emails, once I need to jump out of it I lose the draft.

We used to double things up, using spreadsheets. By using Better Impact the risk of corrupting data is much smaller and we save lots of time.
