Bereave Reviews & Product Details

Bereavement support for employees, their families, and the teams supporting them. Most companies offer a few days of bereavement leave and access to an EAP. But after someone dies, employees are often left to figure out everything else on their own. Bereave fills that gap. Bereave is a workplace bereavement support platform that helps employees and their families navigate the practical and emotional challenges that follow a death, while giving HR teams and managers the tools to support them at work. ~Support for employees and families~ After a death, families can face 150+ decisions and tasks while they're also trying to grieve. Bereave gives employees one place to start, with personalized guidance and resources for: • Funeral planning • After-loss checklists and next steps • Accounts, paperwork, and estate tasks • Family collaboration • Grief support and navigation • Organizing important information and wishes • Finding additional support when it's needed Employees can invite family members into Bereave so they can work through responsibilities together instead of managing everything alone. ~Support for HR and managers~ Bereave also helps employers prepare for loss before it happens. HR teams and managers get access to bereavement policies, response playbooks, communication guidance, manager resources, training, and return-to-work support. The goal is simple: when an employee experiences a loss, their company knows what to do next. Bereave + your existing benefits Bereave isn't designed to replace an EAP or mental health benefit. It complements them. Bereave helps with the immediate practical challenges that often begin in the first hours and days after a death, while making it easier for employees to find and use other benefits their employer already provides. ~Why employers choose Bereave~ Most employers have a bereavement policy. Far fewer have a bereavement strategy. Bereave helps organizations provide consistent support across the entire experience, from the first notification of a loss through leave, the return to work, and the months that follow. **88% of HR leaders surveyed say Bereave makes them more confident handling bereavement situations.** **100% of surveyed Bereave customers say they would refer Bereave to another HR team.** Bereave supports employees and their families while helping HR and managers be ready when the next loss happens.
