My tax professional explains things so well and helps make sure I am getting benefits but also following the letter of the law for the IRS. This was the biggest stressor of starting a new business and Bench has stepped up and handled everything for me, so I can focus on growing my business. The website is super easu to use, especially for someone who is not a numbers person like me. They had me up and running in a day. Everything I need for my business is available. **What do you dislike about Bench?** The only downside is that during tax season, replies are sometimes a little slow. But honestly, I do not hold that against them! A little planning and understanding on my part and everything is fine. **What problems is Bench solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are handling my first tax return for my business and my personal taxes. It seems to have stabelized now. **What problems is Bench solving and how is that benefiting you?** Please note that the question about what we use bench for does not offer a correct choice which is accounting, bookkeeping and tax prep. bench makes it super easy to generate financials by syncing with your accounts. You can also simply forward any invoices you get in the mail. You have direct communications with your account manager. ### 4. Easy to use, cloud-based interface, does not require much training because it is very easy to understand. The best thing about Bench is the self-optimization of our campaigns and knowing that you can access your books for any question at any time of the day. This tool takes away our worries and allows us to take care of growing and improving the quality of work. **What do you dislike about Bench?** Even you can not upload documents through mobile devices in my opinion this is a great weakness. Otherwise everything has been excellent. **Recommendations to others considering Bench:** It is a tool that can be recommended with the certainty that it is an excellent product and if you want to have books up to date and that does not affect your budget, Bench is what you need. **What problems is Bench solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its interface is intuitive so that configuring is quick and easy. When I have any questions, I can send an email message or a message and contact me again. The reports and graphics are excellent. ### 5.
