The interface is not user friendly making it difficult to navigate through my emails. The organization features are not allowing me to organize and categorize my emails. **What do you dislike about BELxpress Email?** The automatic spam filter needs to be a lifesaver as it would keep my inbox clean and clutter free. The mobile app is not enabling me to stay connected while on the move. There are areas where it needs to improve. **What problems is BELxpress Email solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find that it lacks customization options and has limited storage capacity, which sometimes hinder productivity and email management. In addition, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are all pre-config once the domain has been added. All DNS records can be added with no constraint (except MX). In short, it comes with a free and reliable DNS service. **What do you dislike about BELxpress Email?** Personal opinion: hopefully they integrate domain registration as well. Not really a dislike. **What problems is BELxpress Email solving and how is that benefiting you?** It greatly reduces IT's load (zero maintenance), high availability (99.999 up time) and cost-saving (far more cheaper than GSuite and 365). ### 3.
