**What do you like best about Behavio?**

Behavio has been a game-changer for Oveckarna, Oveckaren and Woolville. I'm glad we finally know exactly how customers perceive us—you can't guess that, you need data. Their user-friendly reports, rooted in behavioral science, make even complex insights easy to grasp. From tracking brand growth to optimizing CEPs and ad testing, it’s a powerful, budget-friendly tool that keeps us ahead. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Behavio?**

There is not much to dislike. It would be great if Behavio included more competitors in the brand tracking subscription, offering even deeper benchmarking insights over the long run.

**What problems is Behavio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Behavio helps us understand how customers truly perceive our brand, solving the guesswork with clear, data-driven insights. Its reports make complex data actionable, helping us track brand growth, refine investments, and optimize strategies in a budget-friendly way.

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

Great value for money. With this tool from Behavio, even small companies can monitor the basic parameters of the brand and find out what impact their communication has. With a bigger budget, you will of course get even more detailed statistics and information.

So far, I haven't come across anything that I'm dissatisfied with

We need to regularly monitor how our brand stands in the market compared to the competition. We also need to know what impact our communication has on the brand and where we have reserves that we should focus on. Behavio helps us with all this.

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

What I like best about Behavio is their innovative approach to behavioral research and analytics. They seamlessly integrate traditional methods with cutting-edge techniques from behavioral economics, psychology, and data science, which allows them to uncover deep insights into human behavior. **What do you like best about Behavio?**

It is easy to use, offers good value for money, and has excellent support. This makes it a useful tool for brand managers and agencies. Furthermore, the creators of this platform applied to video spots and commercials analysis evidence-based marketing principles, which makes it even more valuable for experienced marketers.

**What do you dislike about Behavio?**

Anything yet. You should consider, that as it is an easy and affordable tool, not highly customizable software.

We have been using the Behavio platform in our agency for several years, especially for pre-testing and post-testing our marketing campaigns, brand tracking, and other surveys.

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

The platform is very easy to use, insights go straight to the point, and the tool doesn’t drown its users with unnecessary clutter. Love the “Export to slides” feature. Since Behavio generates a full-size presentation of all the findings, it’s very convenient when you want to share the results with someone else ASAP.

Also, the customer support is excellent, all folks in Behavio are 100 % professionals and able to help not only with process but also with methodology.

**What do you dislike about Behavio?**

I’d appreciate a dark mode in the future.

I still have little trouble navigating through the app as the UX is little different than what I am used to.

**What problems is Behavio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we’re an agency, we use Behavio to track our clients’ brands  and test our clients’ ad campaigns. It provides us great insights about the potential impact of the creative concepts we developed and  about the effectivity of the campaigns we executed

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

When starting to take brand communication seriously, there is always a need for research and data. Behavio is a fantastic tool, to begin with. Affordable prices, professional support, great UI, and strong expertise make the tool outstanding. It made a difference by getting the whole team on the same page and following the same goals.

When we started using the tool, we were missing the availability of a tool in more countries and languages.

The tool is a primary place of truth when evaluating our long-term brand activities.

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

I follow Behavio from they beginning when they started as a regular market reserach agency. I considered their first "product" - ad testing - as a small revolution and recommended it to most of my clients. For the fraction of the cost of Kantar LINK you got almost the same ammount of information necessary for strategic decision making. Recently they did the similar thing for brand tracking.
Overall: Behavio democratizes research tools for every brand while keeping quality of methodology and data high.

**What do you dislike about Behavio?**

Behavio's ad testing and brand tracking offer limited customization. This is understandable given the product's affordability. However this limitation might be sometimes too restrictive.

**What problems is Behavio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Behavio is very useful for me and my clients for developing effective data based communication strategies.

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

For over 20 years in marketing, I knew tracking brand and competition performance is crucial not only for discussions in board rooms and relevant budget allocation. Facebook or Google data are not enough for that. It used to be expensive, but not anymore. This is the first tool any marketer should pay for. Oh, wait. It's so affordable I don't even need an approval. :)

Using Behavio has been a game-changer for teams I work with. It’s inexpensive, while still providing high-quality data. The simplicity of the outputs is another major plus. They turn complex data into clear, actionable insights on improving ads or brand health. User interface is intuitive and very easy to navigate, even for team members who aren't deeply technical. Plus, you can always export all the findings into concise slides.

**What do you dislike about Behavio?**

If I had to point one thing out, I’d love the dashboard to be even more customizable, although what is currently offered is quite comprehensive.

**What problems is Behavio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've deployed Behavio across marketing teams to monitor brand health and track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. It has become instrumental in helping understand consumer perceptions and the overall impact of our brand messaging. It has also helped keep the costs to a minimum – one of the standout features for me has been the platform’s affordability for smaller clients. Those who have never used similar tools due to high costs, but Behavio offers great value for money even for them. It fits any budget and delivers high-quality insights that rival the most expensive solutions out there.

I need to get data to decide about my markting stratedy and Behavio not only provided super useful data really quick but they also helpled me to understand them on deeper level. I am simply amazed on how goood the guys are!

Nothing at all :) I was simly super happy with their work.

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

Behavio has been helping us with major strategic decisions for several years. From consumer analysis, testing advertising campaigns to regular brand tracking. 
With ease to use brand tracking you get an understanding of several important factors about your brand, but also about your competitors' brands in the market. Additionally, you can see the data at a time resolution, which is very important.  
I can definitely recommend it.

Consumer analysis, brand audit and continuous measurement of brand awareness. It helps us in setting a strategy for the entire organization.

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

We test concepts for commercials and full campaigns quite often. I really like the ease of use, customer support and the presentation of the results. Working with Behavio was always seamless and I would recommend their services/platform to anybody working in the marketing/advertising industry.

I personally have not run/experience anything that I would dislike.

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

Behavio finally managed what many research companies are still looking for. Firstly, they devloped a very unique way of questioning respondents, which allows them to access respondents System 1 (spontanous / fast response) rather than letting them think too much over their response and secondly, through their tech driven platform they've managed to get to a price level, other research companies can only dream about. Personally, I have used Behavio at numerous occasions and I still have to wait for their F...ups. :-)

Sometimes a bit too "oversimplyfied" comments on the research outomes.

For very extensive marketing researches, I would probably choose a different company (IPSOS / Kantar /...)

**What do you like best about Behavio?**

When I'm creating a marketing campaign, you want to make decisions based on data. There are many agencies that offer such services, but Behavio also understands what the data should be used for.

**What do you dislike about Behavio?**

Despite my praise and absolute recommendation, as a marketer, I would appreciate more direct recommendations. Behavio doesn't want to give those recommendations because they perceive professionalism in that.

**What problems is Behavio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest projects involved the merger of two large brands that had been operating independently until then. Behavio gave me the perfect data basis for better decision making. How to communicate which brand? How do I decide?
