Beenote is an easy, accessible and efficient tool. From start to end of the meeting process, Beenote helps teams organize effective meetings by planning, holding, and following up (tasks, decisions) on meetings. With Beenote, you can quickly plan the agenda in collaborative mode and with Microsoft 365 or Google integrations, your meetings are completely integrated into your calendar. Integration with Microsoft Teams also allows you to use the full power of their video conferencing tool and document remote meetings with Beenote. During meetings, you can take collaborative notes in real-time. You can also record decisions and assign tasks in meetings and track the progress of those tasks from one meeting to the next or in a dashboard. At the end of your meeting, 90% of your minutes are written. A centralized minutes directory with the advanced search will allow you to easily find information (files, decisions, actions etc.) in the future. ## Beenote Reviews ### 1. So, communicating with other teammates is important, and for this, we use Beenote and we love it so far. The best thing about Beenote is that we can hold the meetings and continue anytime. **What do you dislike about Beenote?** The UI and UX aren't so good, and it needs to be improved. Otherwise, it is good to use, and it is a must-have for remote teams. **What problems is Beenote solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to communicate with our teammates who work remotely. So together we can plan and finish the tasks, and create agendas, and it is like we are working together even if we are not in the office. Another best thing is we can create templates, so it is not needed to create from scratch every time. ### 2. It saves a lot of time for me, helps in documentation too. **What do you dislike about Beenote?** Some features are a bit hard to use, on the User interaction point of view, a little tiny bit not great on the UI side or the visual appearance part i something that I kinda dislike, but it doesn't at all keeps me away from using Beenote. **What problems is Beenote solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the Meeting management problem for me, helps me save time, more importantly helps me save my mental bandwidth, I no longer have to worry about documentation or minutes of meetings, I can easily do it with beenote. ### 3. Followup and recording of meeting tasks is a nice use of this. **What do you dislike about Beenote?** Little bit confused about finding a mobile application because the same logo is not seen in the Android play store. The overall PC application is good. A little bit expensive for small companies. **What problems is Beenote solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Proper Time management for meetings 2. Preparing the Agenda in advance is very helpful. 3. Proper Documentation of meetings tasks and actions and follow-up. 4. Security feature is good for confidential information. 5. Works well and has a statistics board to understand the happenings in the meeting. Integrates with mostly all workspaces, UI is easy to use and understand, nothing as technical about it **What do you dislike about Beenote?** I hope they have admin privileges over other users. I don't think the management team will be happy that their executives can access the meeting minutes. A bit laggy at times **What problems is Beenote solving and how is that benefiting you?** When you have many meetings throughout the day, it becomes pretty tricky to remember everything. One that stood out to me, was the feature to record the meeting and transcribe the Meeting/Stand-up Minutes. This was very useful, as it gave to chance to revisit the agendas/Tasks discussed in the meet. **What do you dislike about Beenote?** To the extent that I explored Beenote, there was nothing that I disliked. Being said that, a few things can always be improved, like the speed of Interface to user interaction, rest was good enough & was helpful in multiple ways. **What problems is Beenote solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documenting your meeting has always been a challenge. Team members should have a chance to revisit the agendas discussed.
