What do you like best about EASE?

EASE enables me and my colleagues to create questionnaires and audit different programs fast and deploy new revisions easily. EASE was purchased for LPA and once we found out about the capabilities of the platform, we started using it for different programs and objectives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EASE?

There are a few glitches. At times, the app doesn’t sync the information properly, and entire audits end up needing to be re-audited. Aside from that, I haven’t noticed any particular downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EASE?

Easy to edit and roll out new audit questions. The software is rather quick and responsive, and its nice to have phone access to it. The scoreboard/gamification of the audits is a nice feature. I've been expanding our use of it for more technical applications and error proofing and thats been going well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EASE?

Sometimes images don't upload on mobile, leaving me with unfinished audits the next week over that I have to circle back to. This is probably my only complaint about the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EASE?

The "ease" of scheduling in EASE is great to use, it allows you to truly customize your needs in your business. Also, the amount of detail that you can enter in for the audits to get the accurate results needed to see issues and work on improvements is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EASE?

The only issue that I have found in EASE is that sometimes getting the reports to show what we need can be somewhat time consuming. What do you like best about EASE?

Randomization of audits by station/line, and the question randomization in a documents. The report section also is really good structured, the home page when you open Ease again, the summaries for past findings, missed audits, upcoming audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EASE?

Deleting missed audits one by one. No batch option. If an used forgets to put in the time off and a week later he missed 5 audits, you can't select all five and delete them, you have to go one by one. and maybe some of the features, as the platform evolved, had become a bit complicated. What do you like best about EASE?

The user interface is very intuitively designed, allowing audits to be conducted quickly and efficiently. Particularly noteworthy is the structured documentation, which makes it possible to capture all relevant information centrally and comprehensibly. Another advantage is the high flexibility: The system can be easily adapted to different processes and standards, which is of great importance in a dynamic work environment. The automated evaluations and reports save valuable time and provide clear metrics that can be directly used for improvement measures.

Furthermore, EASE supports sustainability in the audit process by promoting paperless operations and facilitating communication between teams. Overall, the system helps ensure quality and compliance at a high level without unnecessarily increasing administrative effort.
