E.g if trying to look at all containers on the water at a certain time, requires a few filters and some manual intervention so pick the most appropriate fields with the fewest gaps as a starting point. **What problems is Beacon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple freight forwarder reports and manual spreadsheets have been replaced with a single, easy-to-use portal. Team members can look up their own containers and track progress in one place, which has reduced the volume of email. ### 2. I can see where the vessel is on the water and when it will arrive at the port, which helps us plan for when it will arrive at our warehouse. It assists us in planning our schedule to unload containers at our warehouse and get them back to the port before the Last Free Day (LFD). Beacon is a much better tool than having everything on Excel sheets, and the initial setup went very smoothly with no issues. **What do you dislike about Beacon?** Nothing **What problems is Beacon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Beacon to track inbound containers, see vessel locations on water, and plan schedules to unload and return containers efficiently. It's easy to use and much better than Excel sheets for managing this process. ### 4.
