Batch Merge Reviews & Product Details

Batch Merge is a Google Workspace add-on for Google Sheets that mass-generates personalized documents from spreadsheet rows. Design a template in Google Docs or Google Slides with {{tag}} placeholders that match your column headers, and Batch Merge creates one finished document per row — exported as PDF, DOCX, or native Google Doc. Teams use it to batch-generate invoices, certificates, offer letters, contracts, quotes, and report cards straight from a spreadsheet. It's built as a simpler alternative to tools like Autocrat and Document Studio: one sidebar instead of a multi-step wizard, live tag matching that shows which placeholders line up with your columns before you run, a per-row status cell, and a Merge Log so you always know what was generated. Features: built-in template library (invoices, certificates, offer letters, NDAs, and more), batch PDF/DOCX generation to a chosen Drive folder, per-row email delivery with the generated file attached (Pro), scheduled recurring merges (Pro), and Google Slides template support (Pro). The free plan includes 25 merge runs per month — each run can process an entire sheet. Pro is $6.99/month or $59/year.
