## Baserow Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Baserow free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, Baserow offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does Baserow cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Baserow pricing in 2026 starts at $10.00 and can reach $18.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Baserow's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Baserow pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews, Baserow's pricing is best suited for small businesses and independent consultants in IT, software development, and management consulting. G2 reviewers in these segments consistently use Baserow to centralize data previously scattered across Excel, CRMs, and notes. The open-source self-hosted tier fits technically capable teams or developers building client-facing applications who need unlimited scale at zero cost. The $10/month Premium hosted tier suits small teams wanting managed infrastructure with advanced views. The $18/month Advanced hosted tier targets growing teams needing RBAC and higher row limits. Baserow's Enterprise self-hosted pricing, available via vendor quote, addresses organizations requiring SSO, audit logs, and invoice-based procurement.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Baserow?

Baserow's free options split across two deployment paths. The open-source self-hosted tier offers unlimited rows, storage, and databases but lacks Kanban, Calendar, Survey views, row comments, row coloring, and XML/JSON export — and displays a 'made with Baserow' icon, a con noted explicitly by G2 reviewers. The hosted Free tier caps rows at 3,000 and storage at 2 GB per workspace. Baserow's paid plans starting at $10/month unlock those advanced views, export formats, and logo removal. The $18/month Advanced hosted tier adds RBAC, free read/comment users, 250,000 rows, 20 GB storage, and 1-business-day support. Enterprise self-hosted adds SSO, audit logs, and invoice billing.

Is Baserow considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Baserow 4.5/5, signaling strong satisfaction relative to cost. The open-source self-hosted tier delivers unlimited rows, storage, and databases at no cost, which G2 users in IT and consulting highlight as enabling direct replacement of paid SaaS subscriptions. Baserow's paid plans start at $10/month, a low entry point for Kanban, Calendar, row comments, and XML/JSON export. The $18/month Advanced hosted tier adds RBAC, 250,000 rows, and 1-business-day support. Reviewers note occasional performance lags with large datasets as a limitation, but the consensus across Baserow's pricing tiers is that the feature-to-cost ratio is competitive, particularly for small teams consolidating scattered data tools.
