Basaira Reviews & Product Details

Basaira is society management software for housing societies and apartment communities, built around one idea: your society's registered bye-laws become the app's configuration. Booking charges, deposits, notice periods and penalties are enforced as your rules, not our defaults. Security: residents approve visitors from their phone with a photo, pre-approve guests, deliveries and cabs with passcodes, and manage daily-help check-ins with attendance history. Guards verify codes in seconds on a dedicated staff app with Hindi labels, built for real gate work on modest phones. Finances: prepaid flat wallets with running statements, maintenance invoices that show their math (rate x area, GST per member), and amenity bookings charged exactly per your bye-laws, with deposits held and returned transparently. Governance: resolution voting, secret ballots, notices and a community feed. A helpdesk routes complaints to workers with photo-verified completion. No advertisements, ever.
