I find Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup to be user friendly. The setup was simple and quick. It supports email, Sharepoint, Teams, and OneDrive. The integration took only minutes to complete. The few times I have contacted technical support they have been responsive and answered questions within the first contact. We are able to see the backups with ease. I do check it routinely but never had an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing I find least helpful about the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup is finding a single file. This is specifically a problem when looking for a specific file on the most recent version when someone deleted it and doesn't know when. A search box that lists top x instances would be beneficial. Load timeouts within extensively large data sets can be quite frustrating. Even within a high bandwidth capable network (5GB symmetrical up/down) still have several occurrences of load errors especially when navigating to versions deep within the data time frames.
