barber.rsvp Reviews & Product Details

barber.rsvp is booking, payments and membership software built for independent barbershops, from a solo barber with one chair to a shop with several locations. Clients book from the shop's own booking page in any browser, with no app to download. They can find it from Google, Instagram, the shop's website, or by asking an AI assistant like ChatGPT or Claude to book, reschedule or cancel for them. Every plan includes: - An online booking page with the shop's banner, services, team, hours, reviews and photo gallery - Recurring appointments, a same-day waitlist and flexible start times - Automated text reminders and QR client check-in - No-show protection with a card on file - Payments online and in person, including Tap to Pay on your phone with no reader needed - Memberships: monthly plans clients subscribe to, with included visits applied at checkout - Email marketing, client reviews and reports Pro adds unlimited barbers, barber logins and permissions, commission and rent tracking with pay summaries for each barber, and moving a barber's appointments to a teammate when they're out. Legion adds two-way client texting, win-back text campaigns, promotional offers, retail sales and inventory, card readers, tip reminders, Manager and Front Desk roles, a multi-shop landing page, and a custom booking domain like yourshop.com. barber.rsvp is not a marketplace. There are no booking fees or new-client fees, and payments go straight to the shop's own account. Each plan is one flat monthly price for the whole shop: Solo $29, Pro $59 and Legion $99, with a 14-day free trial. The barber.rsvp app is available on iOS and Android.
