**What do you like best about BankTrade?**

I like it's user friendliness nature. I also like the support, the mobile and online platform. Theses features enhance consistent follow up between office and contact center.

**What do you dislike about BankTrade?**

I have nothing against this software. It has been productive so far and only minor challenges I have encountered.

**Recommendations to others considering BankTrade:**

I highly recommend the use of this software. it is a solution to most of the  banking problems.

**What problems is BankTrade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of this software was aimed at achieving a software that is easy to use and which enables accurate interaction between back office and contact center.
