I love the professional layouts and the outstanding and hopeful customer service who help me with my every need when needed. I am grateful for the Bandzoogle team helping me on my journey. **What do you dislike about Bandzoogle?** You can't rank staff on the websites and must do everything manually. Musicians can start by creating a website by using a template and then customize on the go. Also, the websites are mobile-friendly. So the usability part is also sorted. You can also send newsletters to your fans and people who've bought tickets to your concert, so that's pretty cool **What do you dislike about Bandzoogle?** I think the theme library can be expanded and a filter to sort the themes as per music genre can be expanded upon. Not much actually because since Bandzoogle is targeting a niche, they have already sorted the majority of the issues that musicians face. **What problems is Bandzoogle solving and how is that benefiting you?** A Musicians' job is to create music. And the rest of the tasks should be outsourced. That's exactly what Bandzoogle is doing. It is like my tech partner/ co-founder who is helping me in creating my online presence and helping me with engaging with my audience. Another awesome feature is that it provides us with a free domain and lets us set themes according to our mood without charging a penny during signup, and they don't ask for credit card details during the signup process. **What do you dislike about Bandzoogle?** Even though it has awesome features like themes and a task manager, its user interface sometimes feels clumsy. I repeat, it's only sometimes, not all the time. Other than that, there are no dislikes. **What problems is Bandzoogle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Good question. Best templates are available during the site configuration. Inexpensive platform and best for music and musicians. **What do you dislike about Bandzoogle?** No free options. We have to upgrade to any of the packages at some point which would not be helpful for new borning independent musicians. At least the lite version can be given freely. **Recommendations to others considering Bandzoogle:** Introduce more custom fonts. It would be nice if Bandzoogle has a built-in music player to play the music before selling and while buying, which is available in Bandvista. Also, a music editor would be very helpful to manage the contents. Even a simple feature like Trim would work for sure. Sometimes, I face slowness issues while using the site, which would irritate the users. Kindly improve the performance to reduce the slowness on page loading. Overall, it is a great platform for musicians, artists, merchandising, ticket sellers for events or shows. This market can be expanded, and new creative templates can be introduced for existing markets like music.
