**What do you like best about BambooBox?**

The best thing is the Intent feature, where we get to know about the account engagement, I don't have to go to multiple places to identify the hot accounts, I can focus on them just by using this feature,so that's a good one.

**What do you dislike about BambooBox?**

There are a few integrations which are not upto the mark, like the number of opportunities integrated with our salesforce are not always correct, so that area needs a little improvement.

**What problems is BambooBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is simplifying the lead, sales engagement and demand generation using AI/ML models. I have been using it extensively from quite sometime and it has proved to be a good tool to identify the right account, target them in a personalized way which saves up a lot of time, also we get to know and identify the hot accounts rather than checking the intent from different platforms like zoominfo, etc.

The journey analytics feature that gives me a funnel to manage and work on my leads based on the priority.

**What do you dislike about BambooBox?**

Sometimes it doesn't give me accurate figures. For example, some of the leads don't show up in the tool but the problem gets quick resolution by the BambooBox support team.

**What problems is BambooBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me in giving me the intent of companies that are planning or searching about Cloud cost optimization solution so that I can pitch the prospects accordingly. It helps me prioritize the data to reach out.

The Intent feature is the most beneficial thing. It gives a range of effective characteristics to assist in expanding marketing and sales teams and generating income along the client journey.

**What do you dislike about BambooBox?**

Sometimes the platform is slow, which makes it difficult to work effectively.
Although BambooBox offers useful information, it would be fantastic to see the platform develop into an end-to-end analytics tool for marketing campaigns.

**What problems is BambooBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BambooBox gives us information on the customers who are using Google and other search engines to look for the keywords linked with our products. Additionally, how much time they are spending on our websites.

Bamboo Box is mostly useful for sales analytics to understand any specific accounts intent towards your product and if they are looking for something in the market which are similar to your solution/ product.

Least helpful thing about BambooBox is that its very slow and takes time to load.

They are solving a very specific problem around account based analytics to help the user or sales people target the a specific account with better insights.

That it let's us know about the accounts that we may have left behind by telling us reliable and genuine insights about activities done by the leads from that account.

It is not smooth to work on, there are a few glitches and it loads slow most of the times which hampers the flow of our sales reachouts.

Giving us a single platform for us to view all the engagement and intent activities done by our accounts through different channels.

BambooBox is a tool that is integrated with our CRM application and gives us intent data as to who are those customers looking or searching for the keywords associated with our products on Google and various platforms. This also analyses as to much time they are spending on our websites as well.

Bamboox helps us in increasing sales funnel by providing portention oppertunities. 
Easy to intigarte with CRM.
intration with Automation helps us in sending bulk mails for Lead Generation.

Dashboard- Dashboard can improve, need to make ir more user friendly.
Reproting - Not able to download campaign level analytics report
Funnel -Funnel is bit complicated to understand.

Action, rather than just data. B2 parses data to make it an essential ally for defining execution strategy regarding ABM or ABE (account engagements). Convergence of data from all sources (first, second and third party) helps portray a fuller account picture which becomes invaluable to marketing and SDR teams.

Special mention to team too, which is always open to help with new requests and requirements.

**What do you dislike about BambooBox?**

Not exactly dislike, rather more desirous. More integrations and the ability to activate channels like SEM will be helpful. A marketing dashboard in the platform would be quite helpful too.

**What problems is BambooBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better marketing campaigns - inbound and outbound. Sharpening outbound efforts. A more predictable pipeline. Improved productivity of SDR team. Higher conversion from lead to opportunity.

Bamboo box has helped us immensely in aligning our outbound approach. This has helped us identifying accounts to target instead of spray and pray approach. No other platform has come as close as Bamboobox in providing Intent ultimately making us reach close to our prospects

**What do you dislike about BambooBox?**

Nothing much, as we get to know the region from where the activity is happening on  a particular account and basis that we align our resources. It would've been great if we get to know persona of the activity initiator.

As stated above, Bamboobox has given us direction to our marketing and SDR approach to zero-in to our prospect and to attack the account where it's needed.

- It enables you to prioritize your campaigns, reach out and engagements through a comprehensive way of scoring accounts in your TAL
- Getting updates on intent without doing a lot of to-and-fro between different systems
- Ability to bring in meaningful data in one view

- The UI has certain glitches, which the team is already working on. Apart from the UI, there is no such dislike factor for the product capabilities. A must-have for marketing leaders!

With a 50Mn USD target, it's important that we can do prioritization of our reach outs. This meant, only reaching out/running campaigns for accounts which are "potential opportunities" and are highly engaged

**What do you dislike about BambooBox?**

It's not an exact dislike, but I would love to see some feature enhancements. In addition, I have noticed that the platform can be slow at times, making it challenging to work efficiently. 

While BambooBox provides valuable insights and analytics, it would be great to see the platform evolve into an end-to-end marketing campaign performance analytics, giving insights on the best campaigns.

How it tracks the topic of interests for your target audience and adds them to relevant place in funnel. It gives me an audience to target for different campaigns.

The user experience could be better. Adding filters to data can have some challenges some times. It is a little slow in that way. They can easily make it better.

Bamboobox is helping me gain insights on audience not in my crm but interested in my product then the audience which engaging with content on our industry. For ABM targeting, it is best to get intent data which is not available readily.

BambooBox offers visualization in funnel in such a way that entire picture gets cleared in one single go an you don't miss a single opportunity. Also it shows the daily, weekly, monthly or custom period campaign impact which helps us analyse our marketing campaigns

While the Bamboobox advertises that it finds the ideal customer profile based on our accounts in the funnel but in in reality it is not that much effective and does not add any significant value.

Bamboobox solves our problem of focused marketing campaigns and saves lot of our spends by giving us very important insights with the help of a funnel on a single screen and hence we are able to make targetted campaigns.

gives me the one-view of the marketing efforts and metrices to track. Not just the platform even team behind it are quite experienced and well-versed in the B2B marketing space.

UI can be imporved and can be made more intutive.

It aids in the complete end-to-end tracking of the lead. Also, their integration with SFDC and Mailchimp is beneficial.

- The PoC was well run and all the doubts were cleared with very less TaT.
- The onboarding and integration with Hubspot was smooth, so the transitioning was smooth.

**What do you dislike about BambooBox?**

-Not that I can think of as things stand
- But if I had to say one- some of the intent account are found to be inaccurate.

- Intent accounts directly getting tagged to hubspot along w topics to reach out
- Engagement level used to track which accounts are ready in the market
- ICP criteria defined.
