The compliance automation, easy order processing, automation of package creations, manifesting in minutes compared to 30 or an hour of work before Bamboo. Best of all, the sales crm, features, and tools have allowed us to really grow as a computer, collectively, everyone is finally on the same page now. It took awhile to learn, about 1-2 weeks minimum for everyone. The training while great, we needed to just get into the system to learn. This is not really on Bamboo, but our team had to invest some time to really grasp how Bamboo trace and sales worked together. They have made compliance easy, the automation tools that they have for sales order processing, and manifesting have made our entire processing and sales team a lot more efficient and effective. Bamboo Sales is an incredible crm, they have everything that the industry has never seen before, like website sales menus for our website, built-in email campaigns, mobile friendly sales menus without having to log into to order like Leaflink (which is annoying and sucks to be honest). We need a true all-in-one platform. Bamboo replaced 4-5 softwares that we were using. Everyone in the company is finally able to be on the same page and manifesting only takes minutes now compared to 30-60 minutes per order (doing it manually sucks) in Metrc. Trace and Sales are unparalled in this industry. Bamboo Trace makes everything actually easy and seamless, and FAST for Metrc. And then Bamboo Sales tools and features are what the industry needed for a very long time and Bamboo is the first software company to deliver tools that actually make sense for our industry. However, their onboarding team is freaking amazing, so it made it more bearable. But be prepared to devote at least 5-10 hours to learning before you get everything smooth sailing. We needed a platform that not only have traceability but provided the sales tools that can help our company stay focused, efficient and effective. Bamboo Trace and Sales delivered EVERYTHING that we needed at an amazing low price. Unlike other companies where they wanted an expensive monthly fee. Bamboo's pay as you grow pricing model and cap with unlimited licenses and users was a no-brainer for our company. It was the best decision we have ever made. The sales strategies that we have implemented into our selling processes have been tremedously helpful and beneficial for our clients and our sales reps. The website sales menus embedding, proposals, and the ability to build customizable reporting have been invaluable for entire company's operations. The Bamboo team has been helpful every step along the way. What do you dislike about Bamboo? It took our team a couple of weeks to get going, but that was more due to our lagging than Bamboo. Their team was readily available; however, there was definitely still little hiccups along the way because our data needed to be reconciled. All in all, we are happy with two weeks of transition from our previous software to Bamboo. We were content with our previous software; however, the market is getting very saturated with more cannabis brands coming onto marketplaces on like Leaflink. It was becoming very competitive; and we need a way to stand out. We need to be more proactive with the way that we're selling, and our approach to our current and new clients. Bamboo was the solution that we didn't know that we needed. While we're still on Leaflink, we conduct all our business primarily on Bamboo now because of how proactive our sales reps can be. We are able to attach a link with every email that we send out, so either the sale reps or dispensaries can place orders directly, without the need to text or email back and forth. We put off doing a demo with Bamboo for months. We simply did not want to change any of our processes, we thought we had everything under control. But our business started growing and the time we spent creating packages, manually processing every order was becoming extremely cumbersome. So we decided to reach back out to Bamboo because one of their sales rep mentioned that Bamboo can help cut down the amount of time doing the manual manifesting by 90%, and boy, I'm glad we did. Not only do the small and big orders are only a few minutes to 10 minutes TOPS now, the entire company is streamlined and everyone is finally on the same page. And the fact that Bamboo's PAYG is beyond fair, it's really the best bang for the buck in the cannabis technology industry, considering that they have everying included, not just traceabilty, but emailing, and a robust Sales CRM. The Bamboo team was helpful but in some ways, our team was slightly disorganized so that added confusion from top to bottom. However, after a week of learning and ironing the kinks, we were smooth sailing. The initial hurdle was definitely not easy, Bamboo did the best they could. What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you? We were spending a tremendous amount of time on the computer conduct traceability work, and processing orders in Metrc manually. It was very frustrating since Metrc's interface isn't exactly anything to write home about. However, Bamboo's ability to sync with Metrc and automatically create the packages for orders processing and creating the manifest templates was something that our company desperately needed. Bamboo Trace is absolutely incredible and easy to use. Bamboo Sales, their CRM, is very robust, and sometimes too complex, but we managed to navigate pretty well after a week of learning, and with Bamboo's help, we were able to increase our revenue using their internal emailer. Our sales reps have taken advantage of the Sales CRM along with all the sales tools that they have in the system. It's easy to navigate after a week or two, the compliance integration with metrc and seamless attachment with their sales platform is genius. Now all our reps and store buyers can just pull up a link and order right away, no more logging in. We were using Leaflink and Metrc, and it was becoming a pain to put the orders in through Leaflink, and then have to use another software for manifesting and then another program for creating labels for our plants and products. Bamboo solves SO MUCH freaking time, we really had no idea what bamboo was about until we got a cold call and I'm glad someone in the company picked up the phone that day. Bamboo provides the best value for everything!" 5/5 What do you like best about Bamboo? The pricing, Bamboo Sales, Bamboo Trace, everything. Everything is all-in-one platform. From our cultivation team, to our compliance team, to our sales team, we finally have everything all in one roof and we couldn't be happier. It took a couple of weeks to get everything ramped up, but after that, it's been a breeze. Bamboo Trace and Sales is really easy to use once you read some of the articles on the website. The Bamboo reps have been extremely patient with us and provided really good help along the way. We use Bamboo (Trace and Sales) everyday now and we couldn't be happier switching to Bamboo from our previous program. The integration and set-up were extremely easy as well, thank you team Bamoo! Luckily Bamboo's help and the articles were extremely useful in getting started. The Bamboo team was very patient and our Bamboo rep made sure we were never neglected. The user interface is extremely easy to use; however, it took some getting used to. But I think that's because we were so used to our previous program and Metrc. Our old solution was not only expensive, it lacks the two-way sync to Metrc and traceability, so we were doing a ton of double entry work. Intaking orders, and then having to build the orders in Metrc, and then having to create the labels in another software. And Bamboo takes care of EVERYTHING. From our sales reps putting the orders in, clients putting orders in, to processing, manifesting, and printing out the labels. Bamboo really understands how cannabis brands, and operators alike need to pivot away from traditional marketplaces and take more of proactive sales approach. They have all the tools, including manifesting and processing, and all the sales strategies that allows our company to do more and be better. They did not want to at first, becuase no one likes learning new things. But eventually, our team took the time and learned what Bamboo is about with the help of the Bamboo reps. Before bamboo, we were spending 30-60 minutes per order, processing, creating packages, manifesting, it was very tedious. Now with bamboo, it usually takes about 3-10 minutes maximum per order for us to process, and manifest the orders. That's right, we don't have to manually create the packages anymore, because Bamboo takes care of all that in the software. And not only that, we finally have a very affordable sales crm that has helped our entire team be on the same page and sales menus that all our sales reps and buyers LOVE! We are very fortunate that someone from Bamboo cold called us a few months ago. Initially thought it was one of those typical annoying calls, but I'm glad we picked up! From the google meet demo, to onboarding, to the full transition from our old platform onto Bamboo, it's been an amazing process. This was mostly our fault; but luckily the team over at bamboo were very patient with us and our needs. After about 1-2 weeks of a transitional period, we were finally able to move forward and get everyone to understand the system.
