Initially we were looking for just some compliance and traceability software because we were sick of using BioTrack, overpriced and probably the worst platform in the world. We stumbled across Bamboo on Google and to our surprise, not only did they provide the labels creator and maker, cultivation, processing, bill of material needs. They even have a robust Sales CRM built into the system that allows us the entire team and company to stay on the same page with every order, every manifest. Our company finally has a software that almost does everything. There are still a few things that we prefer to share amongst our team through Google Sheets, but Bamboo covers about 80-90% of the daily workflows. And the reporting in Bamboo is exceptional. It definitely took some time to learn Bamboo, I want to say, prepare yourselves at least 1-2 weeks, if not 3 weeks to fully understand all the ins and outs of Bamboo Trace and Sales. It’s really not that easy, BUT it is easier than most programs that we have used like BioTrack, Canix, Flourish or Distru. Those were not only very complicated, they were also a lot more pricey and honestly, Bamboo is a better value than all those companies … combined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
