Bamboo Made Compliance Effortless and Boosted Our Sales
The entire compliance thing in new york has been a disaster. ocm, biotrack, and now metric, totally disaster, but thank god for bamboo. we found them through google, and this website, and holy moly, their team saved us. everything from day 1, they guided us, it was pretty confusing to start, but their team walked us through everything, and made sure we were setup for success with traceability and metric compliance. sorry metrc. not only is bamboo's compliance software amazing, and easy to use. the cherry on top is the sales crm, their smart cart ai thing for sales menus is beloved by our dispensary clients. thank you bamboo!

Exceptional Support and CRM—A Game-Changer for Our Business
NYS OCM has been a complete mess, but thank god for the bamboo team. they have been able to help us navigate the chaos introduced by the state. At first, i just wanted compliance help, since it was very difficult to learn what the OCM was trying to do. but then I learned that Bamboo had a crm, and with the help of their crm, our sales have skyrocketed and efficiency has been improved at least 2-3 fold.

New York compliance rollouts have been the most confusing thing ever. Luckily, we stumbled upon Bamboo and they have been amazing from the start.
