Thank God for Bamboo. They’ve saved me so much time on compliance, literally hours a day. Metrc sucks; it’s so wonky. Bamboo Trace can create the labels, which makes the whole process a lot easier.

I love how their CSM team treats us like royalty even though we're a small/medium company. The Smart Cart feature is highly valued by our sales reps and dispensary buyers, streamlining processes across departments. It's a luxury we didn't have before, saving us easily 80-90% of our time. their csm team is incredible. to be honest, we're not very tech savvy, we're pretty unorganized, and don't know how anything works with customer, and bamboo's customer service team is top notch, guiding us along every step, and just holding our hands. a lot of other companies that we have worked with in the past don't do this, major kudos to the bamboo customer service team.
