They really thought this through, the ordering process for both the sales reps and the stores are great. It really does feel like a real ecommerce experience. Recently leaflink hiked up their prices, and we had to look elsewhere, and we're so stoked to discover bamboo. HUGE GAMECHANGER for our entire company. Honestly, I wish I can think of something, they have been amazing from the first initial demo, to onboarding, to making sure we understood everything. Simply said, not worth it. So glad that we found bamboo. Not only did they provide enough coverage for what we would be missing, but they provided additional features and tools that we didn't think of using before. It just works, intuitive, and the customer support is beyond anything we have ever witnessed for the past several years. Sales is a pretty robust crm for all our sales needs. Some workflows could be better, but we are told it's because of how Metrc restricts certain events which makes sense ... just unfortunate how bad the Metrc software is, very poorly designed. We were very disconnected, we used 4-5 different programs. Seed to sale, excel sheeets, google sheets, zoho, another for creating labels, etc etc. With bamboo, we're able to simplify and eliminate all the different programs and just use bamboo for EVERYTHINGGGGG. I wish we found out about Bamboo earlier, they have been a total lifesaver. We got rid of so many excel and google sheets, it's been a huge blessing. we are able to have our cultivation teams, packing and processing, and sales team all finally working cohesively, as one unit! Wish they had a little bit more of ERP, but for the amount that Bamboo charges, you can't really complain. It's really the best bang for your buck, especially in value. We were very disconnected as a company, excel and google sheets everywhere, no one knew what was going on, but with Bamboo, everyone is finally on the same page. Best of all, sales team can finally manifest within minutes of an order being processed, if they want, or someone from our processing team can handle it. Everyone is on the same page. The traceability is godsend, everything has been amazing, cultivation, harvesting, managing plants and inventory, and of course, the ability to manifest with ease now. and pair that with a state of the art sales crm, it is unmatched. Bamboo has completely changed the way we go about our business operations. We used to have 4-5 pieces of software to help faciliate sales orders, customer management, traceability and cultivation. But Bamboo helps align everything together. Sales reps are able to build orders for retailers, and retailers can put their own orders as they would like. They have the freedom to put their own orders, without having to text, call or email us if they don't want to. Everyone at the company is finally on the same page. This saves a tremendous amount of time, a lot more transparency and it makes work more enjoyable because Bamboo is seamless and EFFICIENT. We are able to process orders within minutes of sales reps or retailers putting in orders. We don't have to go into Metrc to manually build the packages for the orders anymore. And the ability to create and print our own labels have been a life-saver. Our processing team no longer needs to create the labels in Adobe or whatever, they can simply create the template for a category of products, after one-time setup, the team is able to print the labels in a matter of seconds after all the automation of ordering processing is completed. What do you dislike about Bamboo? getting data into Bamboo could have been a smoother process. our previous system did not want to cooperate, which we understand. there is no API to simplify the process. this was not a result of bamboo, but more so the state's lack of api or lack of interoperability. As a Sales of Director, I was beyond happy to finally see a crm and software that was built from the ground up for our industry. Clients love the sales menus, our sales reps love the sales menus, ordering for everyone has been so much easier. Before Bamboo's crm, we were stuck going back and forth with clients for ordering, lot of siloed operations with our in-house team, so everything was in disarray before bamboo. but after implementing bamboo, clients love ordering off our sales menus now, sales reps can take orders right away on the road, and our processing teams are able to keep up with the orders and process the orders within minutes thanks to bamboo auto creation of packages and everything. the crm notifications and sales menus have helped increase our revenue year over year already in this first quarter! our entire sales team and company are very excited to use bamboo, unlike previous years. Bamboo trace and sales crm are everything that we never knew we needed. we have been manually doing a lot of our workflows and processes and it wasn't until we were expanding and scaling to the point of driving ourselves crazy with the amount of disconnects and inefficiencies. Bamboo is hands down worth every single penny, and it's a very affordable software platform compared to other companies that we demoed before settling with Bamboo. Each department was working by itself, we did not communicate, and often at times, we did not know what was going on with an order. But now with Bamboo, everyone in the company is finally on the same page. From sales orders, processing, to the manifesting, compliance, everyone knows exactly what is going on at all times. From trace to their sales crm, everything has been so flawless and they definitely understand how cannabis compliance, traceability, processing, manifest, and sales work. They care about the cannabis industry, and understands it. They care about the industry and it shows throughout the platform. Struggling with CCRS and Metrc, we are a MSO, and we were doing everything manually in Metrc and trying to use Distru. It was a mess. Distru sucks for a lot of stuff, and it was okay for Metrc, but the software was really bad. Hard to navigate, and everything was all over the place. And when we stumbled upon Bamboo on Google, it was like the ah ha moment for us. We are in a Metrc and BIoTrack state. Our previous software, only did sales orders and stuff,and it was a big pain to go into Metrc or biotrack to fulfill the orders and manually build out the manifests. What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you? we were using Leaflink, and we convinced our clients to try bamboo sales menu and they all loved it. whether in store or having them order directly with the link that they get through email or whatever, the purchase orders, the invoices, the manifests, and the lab results are finally done swiftly and accurately. no more manual processes in metrc or sending out invoices manually. bamboo does it all at once, seamlessly. and our entire team is finally united, coheisve unit because the single source of truth is all in bamboo.
