We do this via providing backup and restore functionality for Azure Devops and soon Github, Bitbucket and Gitlab. We can store our backups outside the Azure cloud and we can also initiate a restore exactly when we require it. We can also test a restore at anytime without needing Microsoft support. **What do you dislike about Backrightup?** Email reporting could be better. Web Interface also needs more of a polish. **What problems is Backrightup solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is very important to not be totally reliant on Microsoft to be in control of our backups. They were able to move over the vast majority of the items we needed and our teams were able to come up on the new instance with almost no issues. **What do you dislike about Backrightup?** I don't have any negative comments on what they did for us. Very good experience. **What problems is Backrightup solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were on an instance of Azure DevOps that was not integrated with Active Directory. It was critical for us to get on a version that would allow us to do that integration. ### 5. The instructions were clear, and the user interface was excellent. Whenever we needed help, customer support was quick to respond and very helpful. **What do you dislike about Backrightup?** We have not found any negative aspects of Backright and are a very happy customer. **What problems is Backrightup solving and how is that benefiting you?** BackRightUp helps us back up our Azure DevOps repositories and ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards. ### 6. This service helps us meet our compliance goals and provides peace of mind. **What do you dislike about Backrightup?** The UI can be a little confusing. Specifically, it is a little strange how you view backups from the UI and determine which projects to sync. The core part of the service has been rock solid. **What problems is Backrightup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backrightup provides us with full backups of our Azure Devops projects since there is no native way to do this in Azure Devops today. ### 7. All in all it took about 10 minutes to start seeing backups. **What do you dislike about Backrightup?** There are no cons. Backrightup team are working on a few new features such as a backup to Github which we will likely take advantange of **What problems is Backrightup solving and how is that benefiting you?** We lost some of our data (specifically pipelines) as one of our contractors removed a pipeline inadvertently.
