We were using Parse-Server on self-hosting before and because of that, we know how hard to maintain a server and set up all the needed tools and make it work on a performant level. After using Back4app for some time I reached out to support with a few concerns regarding performance for an upcoming event where we expected an influx of traffic in a short period. The Back4app team responded quickly, and also suggested a quick meeting and this led to some additional planning and cooperation. As a result, we were able to scale our product seamlessly as needed, taking advantage of both the resources and knowledge of the company.
