"Challenges and Limitations of Microsoft Azure Developer Tools"
What do you like best about Microsoft Azure Developer Tools?

Microsoft Azure Developer Tools for their seamless integration with Visual Studio and VS Code, making it much easier to build, debug, and deploy cloud applications. Features like the Azure CLI, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps pipelines also streamline automation and CI/CD processes, and built-in monitoring, diagnostics, and security tools help maintain high performance and regulatory compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Azure Developer Tools?

Microsoft Azure's developer tools can be complex for new users due to their steep learning curve and complex pricing model. Additionally, most tools require a constant internet connection, which can limit offline development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An amazing virtual lab for education and innovation"
What do you like best about Azure Lab Services?

The most helpful part was it's ease of use as the students doesn't need to subscribe for Azure to use virtual lab for learnig and experiment. As an educator it was a grace for us during the time of covid, allowing the students to access virtual lab from anytime at the comform of thier home. It has a great flexibility and helps the faculty to provide a better teching experience to the students. Since it is a cloud based product the implimentnation was an easy task. Only admins would require an active Azure subscriptions and the students can be simply invited by adding their email id. Although the troubleshooting was a hardest part, got customer support on request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Lab Services?

Although it comes as preconfigured, troubleshooting could be a hardest part as it would require technical expertise.

Cost is on the higher side and can bombard you if the experiment plan is not accurately aligned as the cost is determind based on the duration of the experiment.

It wouldn't be able to configure based on our specific requirements and the users should have a sound internet connection to avail virtual lab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From Tech Sandcastles to Cloud Towers: Azure Lab Services Lets You Build Anything without the Mess!"
What do you like best about Azure Lab Services?

Azure Lab Services, my virtual playground for tech adventures! It spins up any environment I dream of, Windows or Linux, in a snap. No more begging IT for VMs, this cloud conjurer grants my wishes with a click. I test, I learn, I break (and fix) everything, all in a safe sandbox. Whether it's coding like a superhero or mastering new tools, Azure Lab Services lets me experiment without consequences. It's my learning launchpad, my innovation incubator, and a blast for tech explorers of all ages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Lab Services?

Azure Lab Services whips up tech playgrounds like magic, but sometimes the spells fizzle. Costs can climb faster than a runaway script, especially for long-running experiments. And when the virtual sandcastles crumble, troubleshooting feels like deciphering an ancient tech spellbook. It's still a powerful tool, but for quick tests or budget-conscious explorers, simpler sandboxes might be the ticket. So, weigh the cloud coin before diving in, my fellow tech adventurer! "Practice made easy"
What do you like best about Azure Lab Services?

Azure lab services has provided us environments with all the pre loaded VMS and other platforms which made our job easy as well as teaching or when it comes to taking KT sessions with new employee.

So be it teaching, training, practicing Azure lab services provided what we asked for and most of them is free that is the best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Lab Services?

I'd say pricing, they should've made a separate plan for trainers the current plan is okay but still consumer would need more and they should've provided more access to the resources available for decent pricing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Azure Lab Services Review"
What do you like best about Azure Lab Services?

Azure Lab Services is a great service that lets me create and manage virtual labs for various purposes. I can use it to train my staff on new software or tools that we use in our business. I can also use it to teach my students different IT skills, such as coding, web development, database administration and more. I can adjust the virtual machines with the software and settings that I want, and share them with different users or groups. I can also track their usage and performance through the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Lab Services?

I wish Azure Lab Services had more integration options with other platforms or services that I use, such as learning management systems (LMS), collaboration tools or analytics software. Sometimes I have to manually transfer data or files between Azure Lab Services and other systems. I also wish there were more templates or examples of virtual labs that I could use or modify for my own needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hackathons hosted on Azure Lab."
What do you like best about Azure Lab Services?

Latency is the bare minimum if the region is chosen close to your hackathon location. Easily deploy multiple Linux VM and only pay up to the lifetime of the hackathon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Lab Services?

Windows VM for hackathons needs some extra steps. Mainly because windows randomly decides' to update (most of us have faced this) and Azure Lab doesn't provide remote support, so it's crucial to update all VMs to the latest version which may cause some extra setup time if done manually. "cloud platform"
What do you like best about Azure Lab Services?

The critical apps of my company were built on Azure, which has shown to be a solid and trustworthy cloud platform. The range of services is comparable to that of any other rival, and we have yet to encounter a circumstance where we needed to search elsewhere for a specific product. Working with Azure resources is straightforward thanks to user-friendly interfaces and APIs. Microsoft's embrace of open source software, particularly Linux environments, is also commendable. Inevitable temporary outages (which affect all major clouds) have been managed quickly and transparently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Lab Services?

Help at the base tiers is inadequate to non-existent; to receive professional support in a reasonable timescale, you must upgrade to a high-level support plan. While not often, a handful of the service disruptions we've encountered have lasted more than a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
