I have been working as a tester and working with azure devops for past 3 years .It's the one of the best tool.User interface is very easy .Anyone can learn easily.Main thing is to add test case we don't any extra plug inside to upload just a csv file is enough to get the work done easily.And query option is very useful to search a working based on different criteria Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only one thing is in hp alm we have option to set a priority sort of thing for test case based on the complexity of Test.But in this we don't have the option.It will be very useful if we have that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
