This product is excellent research automation and also a secret weapon that drives agile innovation of some largest consumer brands as well. Also, I really like it’s easy to use dashboard facility that helps me building useful surveys ahead. Apart from this the customer support system of this particular product is immense useful in order to answer all my queries at once with no useless pro long waiting sessions. For me the best thing that I found in it is it’s report creating facility that enables me to create useful reports that can go directly into the inbox of my clients and also I can even know the suggestions and feedbacks of all my clients with the help of this amazing product. Our company uses AYTM's DIY service and we love it! We send out monthly surveys, mostly the same each month to track consumer insights, trends, behavior and so forth. Following the Supreme Court’s decision in June 2018, many states now require sales taxation on SaaS services. We were unaware that this took place and that it would affect us, so one day when launching our survey our cost was higher than normal.
