**What do you like best about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

I like all that there is a little something for everyone instead of just apparel and I like the under 30.  There always seem to be a small amount of points left over that the under 30 is great.
I also like that we are now able to use our credit card for swag or if we go over our points a little that always seemed to be an issue in the past.
It is very easy to use and there have been two instances I contacted customer support.  Each time I received exceptional service.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

I really like that we can now pay with our credit card, however, the prices are extremely high.  As much as I would love to purchase something without points, I can't see paying $40 for a crew sweatshirt or $96 for a Women's Aldermore half-zip pullover - Columbia, when I can find it at Macy's and Columbia sportwear for $41.25; that's more that double the price even with tax included.

I'm proud of working for Intuit on the TurboTax side that i like wearing our swag.  The great variety and quality of our swag is excellent.  Last year I saved up my points to purchase the North Face men's jacket.  When I finally went to purchase it, it was no longer listed.  I contacted customer support and the fabulous rep actually put it back in the store.  I absolutely love this jacket and wear it all the time even though I am in Southern Ca - it's perfect for those last night games.

I find the user management process on AXOMO Swag Management Platform challenging because I have to manually add new users and remove terminated ones. I was informed that uploading a user file daily or weekly could result in users losing their store credits as the data is overwritten. This limitation is frustrating as it prevents seamless updates and necessitates manual intervention, which is time-consuming.

The variety of product options is huge, which keeps our team happy, and the built-in ability for employees to suggest new items is a nice touch that helps us keep things fresh without extra effort.

Their dual warehouse setup in Canada and the US has been a game changer for faster and more predictable shipping. Delivery times are consistent, which makes planning painless. Was easy for our staff to order uniforms when they needed them.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

I was told that there was a one time setup fee but that I wasn't going to be charged annually, but they started charging us annually thousands.  Also, the price of the items was much higher than some other places.  They also had limited options and were not super helpful when trying to setup correctly or creating products correctly if help was needed.  I always felt like they were condescending when I spoke to them.

They allowed our staff to order uniforms and gear when they needed to on the fly and we avoided having to deal with minimums and group orders from other companies.  Provided an easy store for them to buy stuff as well.

The swag points are structured in such a way that we can't purchase them directly, and we often need more points to redeem the items we actually want. Since we don't have enough points, we end up buying things we don't really need just to use the points we've been given. It would be much better if there were a way to use the swag points more effectively, allowing us to get the items we truly want.

I appreciate how easy it is to switch out items, which allows us to offer a good variety to our employees. The platform also makes it easy to manage employee emails and tracking. Transitioning to AXOMO was very easy, the training went smoothly, and the whole process was seamless.

We're still trying to nail down the right shipping schedule. We only receive 1 shipment a month, so employees typically have to wait a little longer to receive their items.

I like that AXOMO Swag Management Platform is easy to see all the offerings and easy to sort them by cost. I appreciate that I can maintain a wish list, which is really handy if I don't have enough swag points at the time but there's an item I'm interested in. Keeping it on my wish list makes it easy to find when I get more points, helping me purchase things I'm interested in later.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

One thing that is not available is the option to search apparel by size. I would appreciate an option to be able to put in a specific size and see which items are available in that size and in which colors.

AXOMO Swag Management Platform is neatly organized, making it easy to find items. I can sort by newness, cost, and category, like outerwear. This helps me see what I can purchase with my earned points.

**What do you like best about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

I appreciate that the shipping for our products is the same for items that cost more or less points, and I also appreciate the regular reminder emails of what's still in your cart, along with items that may be discontinued or new to the store. It's easy for me to determine how many points to award my employees, knowing the shipping amount will be consistent regardless of which item they choose. Setting up the AXOMO Swag Management Platform was very easy and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

I would appreciate if shipping would show upfront in the cart before you go through the entire process. We have many people who will choose an item they would like with their points and then discover they don't have enough based on needing points for shipping. In our case, we do not offer the ability for employees to pay actual money to cover the difference in shipping.

Our biggest hurdle was that we had to go through a third party to order the special-order swag.  Swag was axomo product but powered by Terry Berry.  So we'd have to wait for our rep and our rep was not great.  From what I can see, if we could have gone straight to Axomo, it would have been better for special orders.

It avoids the disappointment of selecting a product only to find out later it's not available for delivery to my place. The platform’s ability to accommodate a global team is invaluable, particularly since we have employees across 13 different countries. Before, sending out company merchandise was a challenge, but now AXOMO allows us to seamlessly distribute company-branded products with efficiency. Plus, the process of giving employees product credit simplifies selection and purchase, ensuring that the products reach them quickly, generally within five to seven days. The ease of onboarding has also been notable, making it straightforward not just for me, but for all employees to use.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

I find that the website's user interface could be improved. It's fairly basic and could benefit from enhancements in terms of design and functionality, though it is functional. Additionally, the onboarding process is somewhat lengthy, requiring detailed information submission and approval processes, which I would rate as a 6.5 out of 10 in terms of ease.

I find the AXOMO Swag Management Platform streamlines global swag distribution, allowing our distributed team across 13 countries to easily access company merchandise with regional product availability, reducing confusion and ensuring delivery within days.
