The platform is user friendly, and its quick to add or delete items from the company storefront.

When scrolling through the apparel, if one is selected for viewing and I choose to back out, the screen goes all the way back to the beginningof the entire selection instead of where I left of.

We were looking for a platform where we could order single branded items without the minimum order quantities, and this was the only solution we could find that met our need.

Support via phone has been a bit hit or miss.

AXOMO makes it easy for us to order branded items without having to meet big minimums, which used to be a huge headache. We can now recognize team members, send out swag, or grab just one item when we need it, without over-ordering or wasting money.

**What do you like best about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

I love how robust this site is. It can do a lot, and it is easy to navigate. The user import process is so easy, the reporting is a wonderful tool. It is so customizeable. It has been a perfect soluction for our company. We are a large employer with staff members in 25 different states and hundreds of locations, so this has been an excellent resource for rewarding them and distributing work wear. The catalog of available merchandise is huge, and the price ranges are great. The customer support has been very responsive as well.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

It would be helpful if the user email addresses could be changed from the Admin side, as we often have staff that no longer have access to an email and so we just have to create a new account and then transfer store credits.

**What problems is Axomo Swag Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us an option to give employee rewards in the form of swag easily. It lessens our need to house and distribute swag materials. It allows employees to opt for a payroll deduction, a report which can easily be pulled and sent to payroll. It allows us to easily track the swag or uniform expense by customer, due the excellent reporting.

The platform is very easy to use and we had very little difficulty implementing all the features to set up our store. When we did have questions, it was easy to get customer support so that we could keep everything running smoothly. We do not have a high-volume shop right now, but Axomo makes it easy to ramp that up over time.

I don't have any specific problems to report.

We basically had no way to offer the variety of swag that our employees and supporters wanted, because we did not want to deal with inventory management. We do not have enough staff or space to be able to operate our own store and deal with inventory and sales. We used to do that, and it was not a long-term solution for us. Axomo SMP makes it easy for us to offer that swag and continually add new products or discontinue ones that aren't right for us. We love not having to have an inventory.

We chose Axomo because of the customization of the employee store.  Once you understand the platform, it's very easy to manage.  I specifically liked that we can issue gift certificates to our staff and have an expiration date that can be managed.  Shipping is fast and the products are good quality.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

I would say the only thing I dislike are getting products added.  It is a long process and from our experience, Axomo was unsuccessful in adding products.  We have submitted several requests and only received one that was added.  It took a while for that to happen.

Our purpose for using Axomo is the Employee store.  It's made merch much easier for our team.  We like that there are alot of options to choose from and each person can choose what they like.

I like tha ability to use top brands like Carhartt, Brooks Brothers, Yeti, Etc. Also the customer support team was very helpful to me. I like how easy it was to customize the products and implement our ideas onto the swag.

I would say the admin panel can be a bit tricky to navigate but once you do learn how to navigate it becomes a bit easier.

I like that it is linked to our UKG HR management software and it automatically pulls in employees, along with birthdays and anniversary dates so that we can easily set up automatic gifting for milestones.

I wish there was more of a variety of items; specifically those with a minimum quantity of 1. It feels like it's mostly apparel.

**What do you like best about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

As an admin, the ability to create a store with our branded merchandise is very easy. You don't need to be knowledgeble on building a websites. The implimentation was very smooth. The training we recieved was 1 on 1 and scheduled out by processes. It wasn't overwhelming. The integration with our HRIS works as expected. When we had an order issue, our account manager was quick to respond and resolved the issue timely. End users of our store find the site easy to navigate and to use as well. Our least tech savy employees were able to redeem their gifts and credits with ease. The selection of merchandise is great to choose from to meet our budget and quality preferences.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

Finding what I need is sometimes confusing between each of the admin menus. It's not a quick find to see how much credits and gifts are outstanding compared to the balance that is available. The cost of the renual was much more than expected. It would be nice to be able to add in gift cards as an option or custom gifts that aren't ordered directly through AXOMO.

The ability for our employees to choose their merchandise in the size and style they prefer.

AXOMO made it easy for us to bring a branded swag store to life for our organization. With the support of our onboarding team (who were super helpful), we launched a robust store in weeks. We are now able to give our team a variety of branded options at affordable pricing.

**What do you dislike about Axomo Swag Management Platform?**

The only downside is the design upload. Without the use of a graphic designer, it was a bit hard to tell if the graphics we uploaded were large enough, crisp enough, etc. However, once we did receive the sample items, we were much more confident in our design abilities!

Our team members were continually asking for more branded swag options. Our AXOMO store front now offers these team members 50+ ways they can wear branded swag here at work and in their personal lives!

What I like most about AXOMO is the variety of items and the ability for people to browse the whole catalog and suggest items they would like to see in the store.  They also have lots of cool admin options making the site very accessible to the end user.

There is a lot more set up in the beginning that I was informed about when signing on.  I wasn't aware that you actually have to build your own site completely.  Although it was fun to do this after I figured it out, I had to go through 3 one hour training sessions, it was overwhelming and  time consuming and I wasn't anticipating it.  Getting our logo correct was a very disorganized  process as well.  Thankfully I had a graphic designer on my end to help me.  The whole logo part of the software is very confusing.

Our staff is able to purchase branded clothing.

We needed a simple way to send swag boxes to our employees and be able to order items 1-off as needed, versus having to hit order minimums and overspend. Great customer support, very responsive and patience when I am asking a million questions!

There is a LOT going on on the admin side of things. There are so many different sections and sub sections and it can be hard to find what you need because it's under a section you wouldn't really think. But the functionality is there!

The Swag options are some of the best I've seen - the quality is MUCH better than most generic company t-shirts and there are many more items and colors to choose from. I also like being able to use my Fringe points to pay for items! The customer support team is extremely responsive!

The items can be on the pricer side, but it's worth it because of the quality and because I can use my Fringe points to pay for them. I did have an issue with a backordered item but the support team - Natalee and Victor in particular - were AWESOME and fixed the issue!

This platform is EXTREMELY robust.  The training was intimidating, since there are so many functions, but it keep easily be simplified for basic users.

There's no help page.  I have to email someone for support every time. I was hoping it would be a good resource for us for swag, but the pricing is not competitive.
