The turnaround time on tickets is typically very good. The program itself is definitely the best for dental schools. **What do you dislike about axiUm Dental?** It does require a lot of training for users **What problems is axiUm Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reporting in axiUm is very good. The data is easy to report on for both research and day to day operations. Having CDAnet has been very beneficial to our patients as we can now offer direct billing. ### 2. Also, it links easily to third party imaging software. That way the students do not have to worry about going back to the desk top to find the icon to go into the orthodontics section. Also, the icons are very relatable to the sections they are describing. Sometimes, the icons are not that way. **What do you dislike about axiUm Dental?** It can clog the computer and run slower than what you would like sometimes. That can cause irritation especially when you are in the process of patient care. I do not like where it will not let you navigate two screens at one time. You have to close one screen before being able to navigate another. Sometimes I need to have both screens up in the program at once. **Recommendations to others considering axiUm Dental:** AxiUm is great for a dental educational facility. It has tools to teach students how to document, make modifications, and prepare them for private practice. It is easy to customize and teach to others. However, I do not think I would recommend for private practice due to the multiple books and high volume capacity it is set up for. **What problems is axiUm Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping create an electronic system for records instead of using paper charts. It increases communication between the different departments. It is more of a reliable resource that is easily accessible from remote locations due to running via internet connection. So I am able to remote in to AxiUm from home if needed to work because of having internet. It also allows the students to be able to do their treatment plans from remote locations, like the library or the study rooms, instead of in the clinics. ### 4. I like how everything you do has your name tied to it so at least we know who is responsible for doing what changes and what not. I like how you can easily message anybody who is a student, faculty, staff, and etc as well which is very convenient . **What do you dislike about axiUm Dental?** It's not the most easiest user friendly program to use. Lots of things to press just to do one change. I feel like it is a bit outdated & there are always issues with axium esp after updates with the program. Constantly freezing & not working when you are in the middle of something with the software. Not for outside of school use that is for sure. **What problems is axiUm Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very practical for scheduling for 100+ students definitely help with ease for a school setting. ### 5.
