Trusted advisor is an automated and managed service of aws which optimize whole infrastrutar like cost optimzation, security, open ports in security groups, performance, limits. I like that it exercise the best practices and really drives the potential to how AWS can be exercised. I like that you can get different support plans because it works great for basic free plan as a starting point, and enterprise plan is something that not many companies would use. There are not many things that I don't like. Firstly, importing all bad and good things to csv should be better implemented. I can't really import it well with all services that I would need. Ease of use of the cloud platform. Easy to add new users. The system is very friendly and the interface is easy to use. The overall network overlays are easy to deploy and the cloud storage is strong. Amazon AWS maintains good updates and the security of this platform is above average. Poor customer service. I was charged even on my trial subscription. The so-called customer service is very poor and slow to respond. I could not believe the low quality support from Amazon.
