Use to send the 100 terabytes of data by adding Computational Capability to the Device, Pre-Process the Data while moving using other AWS Services Custom EC2 AMI and lambda functions. **What do you dislike about AWS Snowball Edge?** Applicable only when need to send Terabytes or Petabytes of Data . Go for AWS S3 Service for MB or GB of data **What problems is AWS Snowball Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** As not dealt with TB or PT of data, not yet use Snowball Edge, but use if get a chance. Benefits: - Use for Terabytes or Petabytes of Data -Useful for Data Migration - Can Process Data while moving - On-Demand Service ### 2. Transport speed of the data is incredibly fast. The most eye-catching feature of Snowball being the ability to form temporary installation by clustering and racking up the data collection and processing devices. **What do you dislike about AWS Snowball Edge?** It is a data migration solution agreed and one of the only ones integrated with edge computing. it is a little bit costly for my liking. **What problems is AWS Snowball Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scalability is not an issue anymore and it is extremely easy to use. ### 8. When migrating on-prem DB's this is a life saver **What do you dislike about AWS Snowball Edge?** If i had to pick anything it would be the fact that since its an external device it does have to be shipped back and forth for the data to be moved via the mail. **Recommendations to others considering AWS Snowball Edge:** If you dont want to rely on your connection to your cloud to move large amounts of data this is the way to go! **What problems is AWS Snowball Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has solved the problem of us moving hundreds of TB of Database data to the cloud. Its a much faster route then relying on our VPC connection from on prem to our cloud. ### 10.
