Unlike other AWS Services, Outposts offers fully managed infrastructure too! Besides this it is managed and supported by AWS. The best thing in this service is it can reduce the time and operational risks mainly!

I can surely say that its a great tool which is easy to understand and implement where it processes data as per the user requirements and needs. I really saved a lot of time using this tool by which i set up many apps and run them as well monitored using this great tool. I made a good research and learned many things before completely using this AWS tool. The best part of this tool is that it isn't that expensive and if you know what you exactly want from AWS tool, that's it! You are done and your task will surely be accomplished using AWS tool. Using this tool it was possible for me to be easily associated with the GDPR directive when I was actually dealing with the information of any confidential data as well as being able to offer customers the same who request secrecy. As it is necessary to respect their requests for security even at an overpricing on-premise hosting, I used this tool and offered the same for all those customers who still can't trust the totally hosted cloud computing. - Its VPC features/extension

- If you wish to create Paas tool then this will help us.

To say it's easy, would be an understatement. I appreciate how easily it processes data per need. The computational services are wide and easy to play with. AWS is definitely one of the best web services out there. Amazon as a company goes above and beyond. I've run into issues in the past and I've received great support. Know what you want and what you're looking for before fully engaging in AWS. This service is not expensive. While I'm grateful for what I know now, I spent a lot of time, energy and money figuring out exactly what I needed from AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AWS Outposts solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a new business, AWS is great for storing large data. AWS' storage system makes it easy for me (a new business owner) to do less backend work. I don't have to worry about spending time and efforts building and configuring storage servers or asking someone else to (I obviously don't have an IT Tech person nor do I have the finances to outsource this to an expert). What do you like best about AWS Outposts?

With Outposts it is possible to become a full-service hosting provider for AWS infrastructures, the service is designed and designed to be plug & play within your data center so that you can take advantage of the vastness of amazon's computational services via the convenient AWS cloud panel but through hired or purchased on-prem hardware, on which you will have total control and total network peering with all the availability zones present on AWS. What do you dislike about AWS Outposts?

Infrastructure segmentation should be reviewed and improved, in our case we also purchased the datacenter to perform third-party hosting by letting customers IT specialist fully manage network security groups and other options to which they cannot access without any of us administrators providing full access to the "cloud" management environment where other resources are stored and hosted. Recommendations to others considering AWS Outposts:

I recommend, before considering Outpost to buy a decent FTTH WAN connectivity of at least 10Gbps so as to be able to support the running of all the services needed for network peering between AWS and your Outpost installation as well as the normal requests / transmissions to and from the outside. What problems is AWS Outposts solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through Outpost was possible for us to be compliant with the GDPR directive when dealing with information of a certain confidentiality as well as being able to offer customers who request it and with the necessary overpricing on-premise hosting to respect their requests for security and for all those customers who still can't trust the totally hosted cloud computing.
