**What do you like best about Aware?**

Aware Software replaced Shield App & Taplio, saving money, time, & headaches. Its all-in-one platform is superior, and Alex Boyd's support was exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Aware?**

It's not perfect and the data does not update in real time like Shield does. In fact, it takes a few days to "catch up and reconcile between what's on Linkedin and what I see in the Analyze tab of Aware.

**What problems is Aware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aware Software is solving the problems of fragmented LinkedIn workflows and subpar analytics by consolidating multiple tools into one powerful platform. Previously, I juggled Shield App for analytics and Taplio for publishing, leading to inefficiencies, increased costs, and frustration from platform changes. Aware has eliminated these headaches, saving me significant money by replacing two subscriptions with one, and precious time by streamlining my entire LinkedIn process. The benefit is a more cohesive, efficient, and cost-effective approach to LinkedIn management, all while providing superior features and an exceptional user experience backed by dedicated support.

**What do you like best about Aware?**

So many things— 

Better data especially around what engagement you did on other people's posts. So important! 

List building for easy engagement.

Collaboration for quick review.

Customer support. I needed to change my account to an agency and move a client under mine and it was easily taken care with my client being refunded.

Pricing that helps agencies.

**What do you dislike about Aware?**

Just wish they had a mobile app. Its a little clunky on a mobile web browser.

**What problems is Aware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn can easily be a full time job when the growing a company. Having a tool that allows for easy posting and more import easy engagement with influencers and customers saves so much time then scrolling your feed for days.

**What do you like best about Aware?**

Easy to use tool to help with consistent posting. commenting, and replying to comments left by others.

Since I started using the tools in Aware, I have seen a significant increase in my LinkedIn activities. The features make it easy to keep up to date with commenting and reacting to comments.

The set-up was easy. Addding new people to the list to follow and comment is simple. There are multiple ways to create lists or add people to existing lists.

The helpdesk team at Aware is super responsive and is happy to add features and improvements.

I am using Aware daily, and it has saved me a lot of time compared to trying to keep on top of the same tasks directly on LinkedIn.

The analysis of my performance is quick using the built-in dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Aware?**

A few features still require refinement. I have made suggestions and reported bugs. The Aware team was quick to fix them and deploy the updates.

A global search for names across all lists would be the most helpful feature that is not yet available.

**What problems is Aware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent posting, following, commenting, and reacting to LinkedIn posts. The analytics dashboard is an added bonus to track posts and activities.

The support is exceptional—truly above and beyond. From the moment I signed up, the founder personally helped me fix an error I made during setup, ensuring I was up and running within minutes. That kind of responsiveness and personal touch is rare in SaaS. The platform itself is easy to use and provides valuable insights into my LinkedIn content strategy, helping me track metrics, analyze performance, and make data-driven improvements. It's already helping me optimize my approach and see tangible results.

It's too early to say—so far, the experience has been excellent!

I love that aware has a data base of information. It is linked to my students information. It helps as a teacher to plan and grow my students to be succcessful. It is easy to use . It has resources to help implement for teachers.

**What do you dislike about Aware?**

There are not any features that I dislkike. If I would improve on  anything it would be adding color to the home screen.

They are always quick to give information. I like the customor support if I din't understand how to solve something.

**What do you like best about Aware?**

What's not to like? LinkedIn is my lifeblood as a consultancy owner, but using the native app is painful. The biggest part of a social strategy on LinkedIn is outreach, commenting, and connecting. With Aware's list and HubSpot integration, I can save at least one-hour daily commenting, prospecting, and keeping up with friends, clients, and prospects. 

It's easy to get set up, support is awesome, and I use it daily. It pays for itself at my billable rate, and the time it saves me.

**What do you dislike about Aware?**

There are none for me – it checks every box I need.

**What problems is Aware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low response rates, ineffective messaging, manual processes, scalability issues, and difficulties in measurement.

**What do you like best about Aware?**

Switching to AWARE was like flipping on a light in how we talk to our community. It used to feel a bit like we were talking at people, maybe even sounding a bit robotic. But with AWARE, it's like we're having real conversations. It's easy and genuine, and you can tell our audience loves it because they're chatting back more than ever.

We get to focus on making cool stuff because AWARE handles the chit-chat, making every message feel like it's coming straight from us, no bots involved.

If you're looking to make your audience feel right at home and save some hours in your day, AWARE's the way to go. It's not just a tool; it feels like part of the team.

**What do you dislike about Aware?**

A few hurdles in the initial set up, like the way the windows display the lists need to be fixed. The team has received immediately our feedback and already started working on it.

This tool has saved us a ton of time. It’s like having a chat with friends - quick, easy, and genuine. We get to focus more on what we love doing, and less on sounding like a robot.

**What do you like best about Aware?**

LinkedIn is vast (like really vast!), but when you're building a personal brand, it's crucial that you refine your focus and engage with your target audience (otherwise it's enagagement for the sake of engagement). Aware let's you compile a list of relevant users, allowing you to hyper-focus your engagement and build/cultivate a relevant audkence. It's easy to use and the pricing is very reasonable. Well worth checking it out!

Nothing so far - the product is great and ticks a lot of boxes.

Narrowing my reach on LinkedIn, so that I am targeting the right profiles (rather than just any profile)
