I can meet needs of reservations, answer questions and even run promotional campaigns from one place. It absolutely does help me in communicating with the guests. **What do you dislike about Avondata?** I have to export raw data and use spreadsheets to get the needed insights. This is a huge waste of the time, however, it is the worst during the time when we are in a rush. It is extremely hard to pull out even simple data and reports are difficult to customize. **What problems is Avondata solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been very successful in streamlining of our front desk by employing the system of Avondata. The convenience of combing the process of reservation, and billing in one place simply implies that the process of check in and check out are quickly completed. It can be used by multiple locations and properties and can work well for small businesses. Its online booking, basic event managment tools, and even point of sale features are its strong suit.
