What makes this best is that you can use it without any download or installation, it is simply accessible online. **What do you dislike about AvePDF?** According to my experience using some of the document creation tools, Avepdf has a less feature-rich user interface than the others. **What problems is AvePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many edits are necessary during the graphic creation process, and avepdf makes it simple and convenient to perform these edits in the pfds with a single click. When compressing a large-sized PDF, some of the picture quality is lost a bit, but it can still be compromised seeing the other factors. The images some times did not have the full content along with the videos as well. **What problems is AvePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** AvePDF is a truly exceptional platform that helped me to process any sort of PDF documents online. The day to day document management has been made really easy thanks to AvePDF and at times when I was unable to perform any sort of actions on the documents, the PDF files get auto delete from the servers after few minutes. Out of them, so far AvePDF is the goto tool to use. It is free to use and provides a broad range of features like converting, editing, organizing and optimizing the PDF files. This tool cam work on any of the devices and I have been using it mostly on my mobile device. The website is optimized to adjust to our favorite browsers. We get a clean UI with easy to use navigations around the website. Using the tool is simply easy with just drag and drop to upload our files and getting instant results. There is one more little thing but for me it has a great impact - it is the presence of Dark Mode. It has all the essential features for editing a PDF and some standout features such as Hyper-compress PDF and PDF/A. The best part is these all come free of cost and without any hassle of downloading any software. The interface is user-friendly, and the tool is quite easy to use, along with blazing fast processing. This is probably the only PDF tool that I have come across that offers PDF tools in 31 languages. **What do you dislike about AvePDF?** There is no Mobile App. Sometimes there is a change in font upon conversion from PDF to PPT. Also, the interface for reordering the PDF could be made simpler and glitch-free. Apart from these, the tool has been relatively stable upon usage. **What problems is AvePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** AvePDF provides all the requisite PDF tools in one single place. We primarily use this tool to super compress PDF files so that these can be sent quickly. It has also come quite handy to remove password security from PDFs.
