Ava CRM Reviews & Product Details

Ava CRM is a field CRM built for pharmaceutical sales teams: medical reps, first-line and second-line managers, and admins. Reps log each visit in about a minute, with products detailed, samples given and next steps, and a GPS check-in marks the call as verified at the account. Cycle plans are built from doctor tiers and segments, and managers approve them or send them back. Managers see team coverage, coach visits and run reports. The Ava AI assistant turns voice notes into tidy call notes, suggests plans and prepares pre-call briefs. Ava CRM works offline and syncs when the phone reconnects. Each company's data is kept in its own Google Drive or OneDrive. It runs on Android and in any web browser. Teams can start a 30-day free trial, import accounts and users from CSV files and go live in days, with support from our team in Lagos by WhatsApp and email.
