**What do you like best about Autotouch AI?**

What I like best about Autotouch is how much research is already done by the time I am working through tasks.
Before, I would spend a lot of time going back and forth with ChatGPT, LinkedIn, company websites, and random notes just to figure out what was going on with an account and how to personalize the outreach. That process worked, but it was slow and easy to overdo.
With Autotouch, the agents help surface leads that are showing intent or have some relevant reason to reach out, and then the context is already attached when I am doing the task. I do not feel like I am starting from a blank page every time. I can see why the lead matters, what the angle is, and then move into the email, call, or follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Autotouch AI?**

Some of the newer features are still evolving, so every once in a while it takes a little time to understand the best way to use them. The agent setup is powerful, but I think more examples or templates would help new users get to a strong setup faster.
I would also like more visibility into why certain leads were prioritized by an agent. Most of the time the context is clear, but more transparency there would make it even easier to trust and tune the results.

**What problems is Autotouch AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autotouch is helping with the research and prep work that usually slows outbound down. I used to spend a lot of time bouncing between ChatGPT, LinkedIn, company pages, and our own notes before I could send a decent message or make a call.
Now, when I open my tasks, a lot of that context is already there. That saves time, but more importantly it keeps me moving. I can work through leads faster without making the outreach feel generic.
The biggest benefit is that it helps me focus on leads that have a real signal behind them. It is not just about adding more contacts to a sequence. It helps me understand who is worth contacting and why, which makes the whole outbound process feel more focused.

It can do research like Clay but also I can automate Linkedin / Instantly outreach, too.

They ship a lot of updates all the time. The core workflow stays the same but they could communicate more proactively about new features.

**What problems is Autotouch AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Autotouch AI solves for me is how fragmented outbound used to be. Before, I was constantly bouncing between different tools to find leads, enrich them, and then actually reach out. It created a lot of manual work and context switching, especially when trying to go from “this looks like a good account” to contacting the right person.

With Autotouch, much more of that workflow happens in one place. I can find leads (especially those showing some kind of intent), enrich them, and then move straight into outreach without having to rebuild the process every time. The agents and research tables save me the most time because I’m not starting from scratch whenever I’m building a list.

The biggest benefit for me is speed and consistency. I’m able to get more qualified leads into outreach faster, and I can spend more time actually calling or emailing instead of doing prep work. It’s also easier to give reps (or myself) better context on who we’re reaching out to, which makes the outreach feel more targeted and less random.

Overall, it’s helped me simplify my process and cut down on the number of tools I need, making day-to-day prospecting a lot less of a headache.

Autotouch helps us move a lot faster on prospecting without having to piece together a bunch of different tools. I like that it can help with research, use that research automatically in outreach and it’s all in one place. It saves a lot of the manual work that usually slows the team down, especially when we’re trying to test new ideas quickly.

**What do you dislike about Autotouch AI?**

There are a lot of things you can do with it, so it takes a little time to figure out the best workflow for your team. Once you get used to it, though, it feels like we rarely have to configure anything.. Just get the tasks and do them.

You can automate linkedin and email tasks. Also has a dialer. All of this is powered by the research you can do as well

I was trying to figure out the best way to bring AI into our outbound process. A lot of people were pointing me toward stitching together a bunch of different tools — Clay, AI SDR tools, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.

What I like about Autotouch is that it brings most of that workflow into one place. It made the whole process much easier to understand and actually use.

**What do you dislike about Autotouch AI?**

The call reporting is good, but it could be a little better. That said, the product is moving quickly and they seem to be improving it pretty consistently.

**What problems is Autotouch AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autotouch helps us build pipeline without having to manually manage every part of the prospecting process. It saves time on research, outreach prep, and sequencing, and makes it easier for us to act on good leads faster.

**What do you like best about Autotouch AI?**

As a sales manager, I use Autotouch almost daily, and it’s made my job much easier by helping me provide enriched accounts and contacts to my sales reps. After I started using Autotouch, I immediately began booking more meetings and have seen more pipeline generated. Nic is incredibly quick to respond to my questions, and the onboarding process was smooth, quick, and easy.

They’re also constantly rolling out updates and continuing to improve the platform.

I don't have anything I dislike. For my role and industry I work in it has been a fantastic tool.

Being able to quickly find the right, up-to-date contacts has been a big help. Before, we had to manually search websites or rely on trade show lists, but this has made it much easier to build current lists for my campaigns in a more efficient and effective way.

**What do you like best about Autotouch AI?**

I use Autotouch AI to automate a lot of our account research for scoring and segmentation, which saves us a ton of manual work and lets us create extremely valuable lists for prospecting. I love how it's much more affordable than other platforms while not lacking any functionality. Our customer service rep has been extremely helpful and attentive. Autotouch AI helps us do research on websites and companies that other tools like ZoomInfo don't do well on, effectively taking the manual research out of the equation. The time savings is a significant benefit.

**What do you dislike about Autotouch AI?**

It can sometimes take a little longer than another platform, but the results and cost savings are ultimately well worth it.

**What do you like best about Autotouch AI?**

The best part of Autotouch has been the agent feature!

It helps us find leads that are actually showing some kind of intent or relevant signal, instead of just giving us a giant list of names to sort through.  That's been the real difference.  It feels much more targeted.

I also like that once we find those leads, the sequencing can happen automatically.  Makes the whole process a lot faster.

**What do you dislike about Autotouch AI?**

The agents take a little tweaking to get right.  It's not complicated, but there's definitely some trial and error in figuring out the right filters, signals, and prompts to get good results.

I'd also like better reporting on what's actually working.  Like which agents or lead sources are leading to the best conversations.  that would make it easier to improve over time.

Before AutoTouch, I just didn't have the time to do all the outreach and research myself.  Now that a lot of it is automated, so I can spend more time talking to people instead of finding them.

**What do you like best about Autotouch AI?**

As a founder doing sales myself, the best part of Autotouch is that it helps me find people who are showing some kind of relevant signal and then move them into outreach without me having to build a whole process around it.
Before, I would spend a lot of time trying to figure out who was worth contacting, checking LinkedIn activity, company updates, hiring signals, or other clues that made an account interesting. The hard part was not just finding more leads. It was finding leads where there was actually a reason to reach out.
Autotouch helps with that. The agents surface leads based on intent signals, and then I can automate the outreach from there. That is a big deal for a small team because I do not have SDRs building lists or researching accounts all day. It gives me a more focused way to run founder-led outbound without living in spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Autotouch AI?**

The main thing is that the agent setup takes a little tuning. You need to think through the signals you care about and test the setup a bit before it feels dialed in.
I would also like more reporting around which signals are leading to the best replies or meetings. I can see the workflow is saving time, but as we run more campaigns, it would be helpful to compare different intent sources more easily.

**What problems is Autotouch AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autotouch is solving the biggest problem I had with founder-led sales: staying consistent without spending half my day researching and manually setting up outreach.
Before, I would find a good signal, make a note of it, maybe save a LinkedIn profile, and then try to remember to follow up later. A lot of good opportunities slipped through because the process was too manual.
Now Autotouch helps turn those signals into actual outreach. The agents find relevant leads, the context is there, and I can automate the next steps instead of starting from scratch every time. For a small company, that is the biggest benefit. It makes outbound feel more repeatable without needing to hire a full sales team or duct-tape together a bunch of tools.

I have been using Autotouch AI for over a year now and love the simplicity of the tool and how it was designed. I can tell it was built by someone very intimate with the problem being solved. It's a great product at the right price. I appreciate the ability to reach out with a good list without needing to combine so many tools and unnecessary features. The support is fast and excellent, with great founder-led assistance, and they provide some useful advice on best practices. Switching from Apollo, I found Autotouch AI easier to use, and the initial setup was straightforward, just three clicks.

**What do you dislike about Autotouch AI?**

I think Autotouch AI could improve its filter capabilities. It's not as advanced as some other tools like Clay. This is more of a tool to engage leads rather than build custom lists.

The best part is how functional and customizable the platform is without feeling complicated. I’m not a technical user, but I was still able to pick it up quickly and move data around, build workflows, and make changes without needing a lot of help. It’s pretty robust in w
hat it can do, but still easy to navigate day to day. On top of that, the team has been fantastic—super responsive and helpful whenever questions come up.

It’s still early, so there are a few areas that feel like they’re being actively built out and refined. Nothing major, but you can tell the product is evolving quickly. The upside is the team is super responsive and consistently improving things, so I’m not too worried about it.

Before, this kind of research would either take me weeks to do manually or require cobbling together a bunch of AI tools and spreadsheets, which usually meant there were gaps or errors. Sometimes support can be a bit slow… nothing goes unsolved but it can take up to a day to get a response

The biggest problem it solves is consolidating prospecting research and outreach prep. Instead of spending hours or weeks gathering information manually, checking it for accuracy, and then moving it into another system, Autotouch helps me get usable information much faster. It saves time, reduces manual errors, and makes it easier to actually act on the research instead of getting stuck organizing it.

If you don’t want to spend weeks learning how to implement AI in your prospecting process and purchase ~10 different tools, it’s great.

We use their agent product a lot to find leads showing intent and auto-sequence them in the tool. The dialer works great, too.

I haven’t found any issues yet, and I’m really enjoying the tool. They’re quick to ship fixes whenever any bugs come up.

Super easy to use. We don't have a large sales team and other products felt like over kill. Autotouch does everything we could need.

The only thing I wish they offered is parallel dialing.

We were using Clay, Outreach, and Nooks for enrichment and dialing, which required a full-time GTM hire just to manage the pipeline. Autotouch let us get everything up and running quickly, and their support was easy to work with.
