**What do you like best about Autoflow?**

Autoflow has made it possible for us to capture every detail during inspections, which is especially helpful when we need to reference existing damages that were present at the time of check-in.

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

At this moment, everything seems to be just right.

**What problems is Autoflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autoflow helps us save time by automatically repopulating inspection information from previous visits. Time saved is money earned!

AUtotext (now called autoflow) is a communication platform that includes a robust system to complete digital vehicle inspections. The power of the platform is the ability to communicate clearly with customers about the needs of their vehicles.

THere is a learning curve to maximize the full capabilities of the system.

**What problems is Autoflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhances our ab ility and capacity to communicate with our customers who are not at the shop. This increase productivity and improves communication

Ease of integration - we are able to put predefined explainations as well as integrate videos helping our guest

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

don't really have one yet - any time there have been concerns or issues they have been quick to respond and resolve

communication to the customer - enhancing the guest experience through detailed digital visual inspections. removes the mystery from the auto repair world

Autoflow provides first rate support with their product. Their product includes all of the features needed to start and even row your shop. The interface is user friendly as well.

I do not have any dislikes at the moment.

**What do you like best about Autoflow?**

I would say if you were to ask the shop manager what I like most about the autotext.me service is how intuitive it is from a day-to-day operations standpoint.  I also really enjoy how easy it is to access online training when onboarding new office/shop staff.

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

I would just say that if any small improvements could be made, it would be from the shop flow/tech dashboard screen.  It sometimes shows work still assigned even though repairs were declined.

**What problems is Autoflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say that the biggest problem autotext.me is fixing for me is thru the communication lens from the customer's perspective.  My guests love the pictures/videos that my technicians can create and organize.

It always us to include the customer with their repair. Helps create transparency through pictures and video

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

Nothing, it works fantastically for us. We have been using it for years

Helps bridge the gap for the tech to the customer and allows us to show them what's wrong instead of just telling them

**What do you like best about Autoflow?**

Autotext.me (now AutoFlow) is a solid digital vehicle inspection platform.  Continued improvements are evident and it appears the team at AutoFlow has more in the wings.  Every software has its strengths and weaknesses - what sets AutoFlow apart is the way that they respond to user feedback and support requests.  It's the people that set AutoFlow apart.  Way to go team!

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

Not really a dislike, but there are continued improvements possible in AutoFlow's integration with Protractor...looking forward to seeing how this develops.

Client communication and reminders - marketing

Quick ability to text customers.  Ability to have multiple inspections.  Good reporting.

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

N/A  They provide enough information about how to maximize this tool, we just haven't done it yet.

**What problems is Autoflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick ability to text customers so we can do a better job updating customers PROACTIVELY.  Inspection form flexibility is great too.

If you haven't already, please make sure you check out our recorded webinar and training videos, although we have unlimited live training, as well. Those videos just might be able to shortcut your training time. I recommend listening on 1.5x speed.

They are constantly seeking feedback and looking to improve their processes.

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

I wish there was an advanced user class to cover the fine details of the program. There are a ton of capabilities I feel we are not using.

2 way communication and a good CRM.

Comstomsiable format. Texting features keep my customer informed as to what is going on with their vehicles

You have to set everything up. The problem with being customizable is you have to set it up.

Very easy to use, just clicking bubbles and some reports are helpful

maybe the layout, I would like to see how much media my techs are recording per car on a weekly basis

fast communication and media for customers, some are still skeptical but this makes the process much better

Autotext.me has opened up another avenue to communicate with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

Doesn't work as well as we would like with our POS system.  But it may be time to replace my POS...

the benefit of using Autotext me is that it is completely digital and somewhat well optimized.

It can be clunky at times. The optimization needs to be improved.

It is solving the problem of communication between writers and technicians. It helps merge the two worlds.

**What do you like best about Autoflow?**

My favorite feature is being able to send text updates throughout the day by clicking one single button. We have it integrated with Tekmetric and they mesh almost seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

One feature I dislike is if we want to close out a customer's invoice (for instance, if no work was performed or it was only an estimate), we have to disable notifications, otherwise, it sends a text saying the work is completed. This has caused some confusion.

**What problems is Autoflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can update customers, send inspections and estimates, and provide in-house updates, and this is helping us to stay efficient and consistent.

The ability to communicate with customers via text.

**What do you dislike about Autoflow?**

It doesn't interface with our POS system as well as I would like it to.

**Recommendations to others considering Autoflow:**

Customers like it, but it does produce more headaches than I was expecting once transitioning to a "fully" interfaced POS system.

We are solving customer communication issues with the ability to send text messages. I have seen a greater understanding of issues from customers because they can see the problems with their vehicle.
