Unable to generate a repair order from a tablet in the drive to print from inside. Tech support is slow & not very thorough for effective quality control. **What problems is AutoLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** . ### 2. VERY GOOD **Recommendations to others considering AutoLoop:** REAL-TIME RO status updates simplify communications and manage the end-to-end workshop flow with automatic vehicle status updates that are immediately visible to advisors, technicians, and your parts department. **What problems is AutoLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Define your inspections - Determine which inspection items are necessary in your service department. You can even define the name of each display item. ### 3. Making appointments has also been a very simple process with AutoLoop. I like that I can also search customers by phone number within the system and schedule them for another appointment within a matter of minutes. **What do you dislike about AutoLoop?** Nothing I can think of at the moment, everything works great! **Recommendations to others considering AutoLoop:** Double check to make sure customer information is up to date and VIN numbers correspond with the rightful owners. **What problems is AutoLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** How many wait jobs there really are going to be that day and notifying customers ahead of time when we are short on loaner vehicles. ### 4. Also, it allows you to communicate directly to customers through texting. It works well for scheduling appointments. **What do you dislike about AutoLoop?** Sometimes when having auto loop it takes too many clicks to get to what you want to do. **What problems is AutoLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Auto loop is used to schedule appointments for customers and to communicate with them about their services. ### 5. Unfortunately I had to teach this program to myself so over the time span of a month some reps were extremely helpful others had me scratching my head when it canme to email templates. **What do you dislike about AutoLoop?** So many template glitches (or at least in my experience).
