Given that this software's functionality exceeds expectations, its performance is still top-notch, for even large CAD files are accessible. The best part is that the application does not consume much storage space while providing exceptional features rivaling AUTOCAD Autodesk. On the collaboration portion, it is helpful that multiple users have access to designs simultaneously real-time. Because of the limited file size of the application, its features and capabilities are also limited to that of a viewer only. The processing time of opening large files is also a disadvantage due to its limited functionality. I have often been emailed files where I know what the attachment is supposed to be, but I don't know what the file extension is supposed to open. I can quickly upload the file using the free online viewer, and it'll show me the 2D and 3D views within minutes, right from the browser. **What do you dislike about Autodesk Viewer?** Files "expire" after 30 days because the solution is intended for design collaboration. So designs are expected to change anyway so old files can be removed. There is an option to "renew" or "extend" for fill back up to 30 days, but there aren't email alerts about upcoming expiring files. **What problems is Autodesk Viewer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick views, online sharing, multiple file format support. My only concern is when I used it on tablet, it is, of course, slightly difficult to use. **What problems is Autodesk Viewer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It can be used while you are on-site or while traveling, no access to better devices to view CAD files, you can open it easily to view your models.
