Autodesk Viewer is the best tool for viewing DWG, RVT, and other Autodesk file types reliably and quickly. I often need to open DWG and RVT files just to review them, without making any edits, and this tool consistently helps me do that at no cost. Although it has no disadvantages, the inability to edit and modify and limited file size limits its uses from being a one-stop solution, it solves this with a wide gamut of integration functionalities for editing and designing. Compatibility: My favorite feature of the viewer is that it's compatible with major other dwg formats such as DWG, DWF, RVT & IPT, in total making it more versatile. 2. Collaboration: I along with my team can collaborate together on this platform, we can comment on & mark up the designs. 3. Mobile Access: I can use it while travelling or I'm on the go to somewhere 4. Ease of Use: Its simple to use without much of complcations making it intutive to navigate. Lagging Issues: Especially working with larger & complex files the software sometimes tends to crash. 3. Compatibility: It isn't compatible with non-Autodesk design files making my source files limiited. It would be a huge add on if one can view files from other sources. As an architect, I often need to share my designs with clients, contractors, and other team members. Autodesk Viewer has been a valuable tool for me in this regard. The viewer is easy to use and provides an intuitive interface for navigating 2D and 3D designs. Upload your design files in various formats, and our viewers will render them quickly and accurately so you can share your designs without needing special software. One of the great features of Autodesk Viewer is its collaboration tools. Let team members view their designs, leave comments, and mark up designs directly in the viewer. It doesn't offer all the capabilities of dedicated software. For example, you cannot edit or modify designs directly in the viewer, and some features of the original design software may not be fully supported. Zoom and pan functionalities are pathetic. I like the flexibility of the product. I'm building a web app that integrates Autodesk Viewer, and it's been amazing. I don't view very intricate designs with this viewer, but being able to open and stl for 3D printing and viewing it is very nice. If someone is wanting me to make them something they found online I can show them what their design looks like from all aspects. There isn't much to dislike here. It's a simple viewer that is just that simple. Nothing overly complicated to learn especially if you've used some of their other products.
