autfactory Reviews & Product Details

autfactory is a software solution designed to optimize production processes in factories. It helps manufacturers improve how their machines, workers, and systems work together. Made by AUTFORCE, a company based in Austria, this software collects real-time data from machines and people on the shop floor. It then uses that data to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase efficiency. The main goal of autfactory is to make production smarter, faster, and more reliable by using clear digital tools and automation. Use Cases Machine Monitoring and OEE Optimization autfactory continuously tracks machine data in real time. It calculates OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to help identify downtime, bottlenecks, and productivity losses. This allows production teams to react quickly, improve machine performance, and reduce waste, leading to higher efficiency and lower costs. Predictive Quality and Early Warnings using AI By analyzing live production data, autfactory helps detect quality issues before they cause defects. With built-in predictive quality tools, the software identifies abnormal trends and sends early alerts. This ensures stable processes, less scrap, and better product quality, without relying only on final inspections. Digital Worker Guidance and Rework Support autfactory provides clear, step-by-step digital instructions for tasks like machine setup, rework, or testing. Workers are guided using pictures, text, or checklists, making complex procedures easier and error-proof. This not only speeds up training but also ensures consistent results across shifts. Automated Test Benches and Reporting autfactory automates product testing such as for electronics, automotive parts, or packaging. Test procedures run automatically, data is logged and analyzed instantly, and custom reports are generated. This removes manual work, improves test accuracy, and reduces testing time and cost. AI-Based Root Cause Analysis With integrated AI, autfactory can analyze large amounts of production and test data to find the root causes of issues like downtime, scrap, or performance drops. It spots hidden patterns and gives actionable insights, allowing teams to solve problems faster and prevent them from happening again. Centralized Data and Custom Dashboards autfactory connects machines, sensors, databases, and legacy systems (like ERP or MES). All data is brought together and shown in clear dashboards, giving real-time visibility into production. This makes reporting easy and helps managers make faster, data-driven decisions. autfactory is a smart factory tool that: - Connects machines and data - Guides workers step by step - Automates testing and analysis - Alerts early for quality issues - Uses AI to find problems and trends It’s built for manufacturers who want to run a leaner, cleaner, and smarter production. Whether you're testing products, improving workflows, or tracking performance, autfactory gives you the digital tools to take full control of your production.
