Aurora Consulting Group LLC has been the most helpful resource I’ve had in managing my U.S. taxes while living abroad, thanks to the exceptional level of care and empathy they’ve shown for me and my situation. The current service package we have encompasses a team with a multi-prong approach. Each member on the ACG that services my company possesses a different specialty and area of expertise which allows me to funnel my queries to a specific person. My company also has a case manager who acts as a coordinator amongst all the specialists to ensure that our needs and concerns are addressed. Everyone is approachable and everyone very much cares. What I appreciate the most is the care ACG puts into the connectedness and relationship with me. A good working relationship can make or break the customer's view on the quality of the service. Another wonderful thing about ACG is that they make so many things convenient for me. There's nothing that I truly dislike about ACG. I'd love to experience more guidance in making the best use out of the company's profit or more guidance in growing and scaling. I imagine that because I don't proactively ask many questions about this, ACG may think that I'm not interested. The real issue is that I find it hard to carve time out to think about what questions to ask, what options are, etc. If these ideas were presented to me, I might have a better starting point.
