We now have more precise and readily available data as it relates to reviewing and analyzing our investment portfolio. We've been able to replace the spreadsheet previously used to track invests which was highly erorr prone and suffered from version control issues. We are also able to track, inspect and visualize aspects of financing terms that were previously burried in legal documents. **What do you dislike about Aumni?** Aumni is great for equity financings/investments, but does not provide the same level of detail and information when it comes to convertible notes or SAFEs. For example, it isn't possible to track track valuation caps or total funds raised for SAFEs and convertibles notes. Also, the reporting and analytics functionality/capabilities could be improved. They feel a bit basic and can bit limited in the ways in which you can create visualizations. The analytics component doesn't suppor the ability to do math. It is really just a visualizer of data. To do more advanced analytics, you have to download the data to excel. **What problems is Aumni solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been able to move off spreadsheets for tracking our investments, which has reduced human data entry errors and produced more accurate and reliable data. ### 2. I love that they all tie back to legal documents, so you can trust what you're seeing. The system is easy to use and my customer success team has provided a very high level of support. **What do you dislike about Aumni?** Implementation was a little slow, but that was mostly on my end. No matter how quickly they ingest documents I feel that I'll be the consistent bottleneck. It would be great if there was a better way, via email or otherwise, for me to get documents over to them without having to log into the system. **What problems is Aumni solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aumni helps me to stay on top of legal documentation collection and ensure that we are audit ready each year. Their analytics have also been a great value-add, but was not my primary reason for using the service. ### 4. They are super responsive and if they are not able to provide a answer in the moment, they will always circle back will little to no follow up by me. **What do you dislike about Aumni?** When there are missing docs - being able to respond directly in aumni as opposed to needing to document there then send a follow up email to the team is a bit duplicative. **What problems is Aumni solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization of docs and terms of investments. Consolidating this into one place by simply uploading the final docs is amazing. Also being able to see if there was recent activity if we are a seed investor with little information rights. ### 5. Aumni's team summarizes key terms and they become available for all our finance, investment and audit teams. **What do you dislike about Aumni?** There are some limitations on the type of transactions that the platform supports. For plain vanilla equity transactions is great, but it suffers with some optional conversions, splits or pay to play provisions. **What problems is Aumni solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our information used to live in hard drives or the private clouds. Now it lives in an easy to access we platform, and additionally, the information about transactions is neatly summarized. ### 6. The process can be cumbersome (at no fault of Aumni). The Audit log report alerts me to any issues with the closing documents and any missing pieces to deal docs. **What do you dislike about Aumni?** While the accuracy of the deal docs is paramount, I wish there was a feature to have the Fund-known Schedule of investments presented side by side with Aumni-known investments to easily see gaps where we need more documentation. **What problems is Aumni solving and how is that benefiting you?** No matter what firm was doing the deal or if the deal was on Carta or not, Aumni houses all of our deal documents, and it is very easy to download. ### 13.
