AttendSure Reviews & Product Details

AttendSure is attendance monitoring for live online classes and training sessions on Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. It joins the session, records when each participant joined and left and when their camera was on or off, and gives the trainer a live view of who is there. When a camera stays off longer than the limit you set, AttendSure flags it and can send that person a private reminder, so nobody is called out in front of the group. Presence Checks ask participants to confirm they are still there, on a schedule or on demand, and record every answer. After the session you have an audit-ready record: one row per person with camera time, camera percentage and Presence Check results, a timestamped activity log, Excel and CSV export, and certificates of attendance. AttendSure records camera status and presence only. It never records or stores meeting video or audio, and it does not use facial recognition. Built for training organisations, colleges, CPD and continuing-education providers, and compliance trainers who must show that learners attended with their cameras on.
