Attendance Counts is afully-integrated attendance tracking solution for ADP Workforce Now. Attendance Counts will automate your point-based attendance policy by capturing timecard exceptions, applying points to occurrences based on their type and duration, accumulating points in a specified tracking period, alerting you when disciplinary action is due, and generating disciplinary notices. It will also track FMLA, facilitate data analysis, and support a work-rule policy.
