Attendance Counts will automate your point-based attendance policy by capturing timecard exceptions, applying points to occurrences based on their type and duration, accumulating points in a specified tracking period, alerting you when disciplinary action is due, and generating disciplinary notices. It will also track FMLA, facilitate data analysis, and support a work-rule policy. It is designed to integrated with all of ADP's cloud-based time and labor solutions including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Now Next Generation and ADP Total Source.
