What do you dislike about AttackFlow?

AttackFlow comparing to the rest will appears to be a rigid when you look at the customization of the incident workflow. The ready templates are fine for the simple issues, but they don't always meet our specific requirements. Processing custom workflows is tedious and causes us delay as well. What do you dislike about AttackFlow?

I wish for the provider to improve the user design or interface of this product. It seems strange, and this could deter potential customers. Again, the provider must improve the efficiency of AttackFlow so that people do not abandon it for another solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
