Although it is highly advanced in terms of technology, in some cases, direct human intervention is still required. The system sometimes has limitations, particularly when it comes to very complex or highly unique customisations. The platform's onboarding process and learning curve may seem a bit time-consuming, especially for those used to working with a traditional development team. Furthermore, automation does not always produce accurate results for edge cases, so the output sometimes needs to be checked. Compared to a traditional team, the lack of direct communication here sometimes has a bit of an impact on the pace of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've had a very positive experience using Atoms AI for our marketing tech platform. The most positive aspect is their automated 'build-measure-learn' loop. Previously, we had to rely on developers for new features or iterations for an extended period, but this platform has significantly reduced that manual workload. We are primarily using the GPT model and cloud hosting integration, which ensures data analysis and automated deployment directly within our workflow. The way this system analyses user behaviour to help decide on the next steps has significantly accelerated our product iteration speed. It's not just a tool, but has become an automated part of our development process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
