## About AtMeety
AtMeety is a free web-based meeting facilitation tool that lets an organiser build a timed agenda and run it live on a presenter screen, with attendees joining from their own devices without an account. Meetings move through three phases. Before it starts, a lobby screen shows a countdown to the start time, a rotating carousel of agenda items or custom slides, who has joined so far, and optional background music. Attendees can send emoji reactions that float across the screen. During the meeting, the organiser advances through the agenda one event at a time. Each event is a structured type rather than a generic block: a timed discussion, an update round that gives every person a fixed speaking slot with a per-speaker countdown, a short poll with live results on screen, input capture that collects written answers from everyone and displays them as a word cloud or a list, a presentation slot, a plain timer, or a coffee break with a visible countdown. Every event can carry a goal, such as making a decision or generating ideas, that stays visible while the event runs. A compact agenda strip keeps everyone aware of progress, and a full agenda screen can appear between events. Action items are captured during the meeting and scoped to the event they came from. When the meeting ends, AtMeety shows the complete list grouped by agenda item, with assignees, ready to copy out as plain text. AtMeety is tool-agnostic. Run it next to any video call or on the screen in the room. Only the organiser needs an account. Attendees open a link on a phone, tablet or laptop with no sign-up and no download.
