## About Atlas H&E-TME
Atlas H&E-TME is an advanced pathology foundation model developed collaboratively by Mayo Clinic, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, and Aignostics. Designed to enhance the analysis of hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained histopathology images, Atlas H&E-TME leverages a vast dataset of 1.2 million whole slide images from over 490,000 cases. This extensive training enables the model to effectively capture the diverse morphological and technical variations present in pathology, thereby improving the accuracy and robustness of downstream diagnostic tasks.
